It was a surprise for me . Was not expecting much from movie with the bad reviews. I loved Elisabeth Shue's bad gal. I think it made sense for someone as nice as Elisabeth to be bad gal. Woody's character would have been truly blindsided by her.

First off, Elisabeth Shue plays a rotten bad guy. Secondly, Woody Harrelson isn't good enough of an actor to play this kind of role. Lastly, how does that hack Michael Rappaport even have a career? He's big, dumb and makes me cringe when he acts.

Woody Harrelson stars as a complete moron. We're talking impossibly dumb here. But somehow the filmmakers think we won't know this until the last act. Garbage.
Critic Reviews
An unfairly bashed breath of fresh indie-style air.
Just an average neo-noir that's kinda fun to watch once on cable.
Decent twisty-turny thriller, but a lot of the twists don't make sense. Try to decipher it if you can.
Thematically-crippled. A half-hearted sultry gumshoe noir piece that will quickly fall by the wayside. Full Review
Offers nothing new or even exciting to the genre. Full Review
