a very well-written financial comedy. intelligent plot, multi-dimensional characters, and a bittersweet look at both sides of the corporate universe. great acting performances as well.

DeVito was riding the wave of his post-Taxi successes with this unfunny mess. Short people with attitudes only do so much for you.

not a funny movie... kind of boring to me... Devito does a ruthless takeover of a company falls in love and well it isn't on my must see list and it shouldn't be on yours either
