I found that this sequel to the Nutty Professor was lacking considering that the first film was a lot of fun, funny and entertaining. The film is decent, but is also fairly lazy compared to the first one. They tried too hard at outdoing the first film, and they ended up with anot... read more

Its worth a viewing because its fun to see Murphy playing the Klump family again making more jokes, ultimately the script isnt as good as the original and Murphy does sell out on this one but godamn it. It still made me laugh. Worth a viewing though for sure

Weak script, bad direction, bad acting, poor film. At least, The Klumps, sometimes apparently looks a fun picture. Rotten.

Nutty Professor II: The Klumps is a waste of a brilliant actor Full Review
Sherman is no longer a fresh creation. Full Review
It's just too bad [Murphy] had to carry so much of the water in this soggy vehicle himself.
[Murphy] seems to be in a new flowering of his career. Full Review
The movie is bloated by empty, unhealthy and unnecessary calories. Full Review
Despite the shameless laughs, it's still a disappointment.
Jackson hasn't acted since making her feature film debut seven years ago in Poetic Justice. Full Review
Nutty Professor II is neither funny nor endearing enough to conceal the fact that, like its star, it fills the screen with a lot of padding.
Nutty II is too willing to sacrifice our identification with him to go for flatulence, poop and erection jokes. Full Review
