A desperate London couple attempts to come to terms with their insatiable addiction to human blood in writer/director Lawrence Pierce's action-packed hybrid addiction/vampire story. Ruby (Katia Winter... read more read more...) is an exotic dancer with a dark past, and her shady East-end outfit is determined to promote her to the rank of call girl. Vincent (Giles Anderson) is the bloodthirsty vampire who was seduced into the world of the undead by a back-alley siren. While at first Vincent struggles to resist his craving for blood, the overwhelming power of his addiction soon takes grip -- forcing him into the streets in search of sustenance. When Ruby and Vincent first met in a crowded London café, it seemed to be love at first sight, but then Vincent's craving kicked in. Now, despite having escaped Vincent, Ruby has begun to experience the first signs of transformation as well. Realizing that the only way to understand what is happening to her, Ruby reluctantly seeks out Vincent and together the pair attempts to break their addiction to human blood. The situation is soon complicated, however, when Ruby's former "owners" decide that they want their star attraction back and send a sadistic killer named Matt to retrieve her by any means necessary. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

Uninteresting and rather unappealing, it is cold, unfeeling and nearly impossible to get involved with the characters. It's a bland story, bleak to look at. Gloomy and dark. Yuk.

just plain bad and boring. Not much redeeming to say about this movie. The best parts were only average and the worse parts were really bad.

Not your typical vampire movie. No fangs, no pale skin, no bats...more like a mix between Requiem for a Dream and Romeo and Juliet than any vampire movie.
There's a stripper with a heart of gold who gets 'turned' by a brooding dark, mysterious man. They fall in love, and try t... read moreo stop drinking blood, but find it impossible, meanwhile a dark sinister force is stalking her, a man from her past who wants revenge.
Movie is kinda slow, but defintiely worth a watch. I wouldn't recommend buying it, but if you have any free time you should see this movie.

I don't know why they list it as comming soon to DVD since I just bought my copy from amazon last week and received it 3days later. But heres my review...

I love love this film. I know the Director. Lawrence Pearce. He did an amazing job at making this independent film into a... read more romantic vampire film with gorey moment at times. Its a bit B-Grade, but that doesnt mean anything. Its only a film for the die hard vampire lovers.

Keep in mind that its a love story too, but that doesnt hurt this film at all. It has a great sexy and well acting cast, amazing tunes to go along with the film too...

There's not much new here, but there is at least one good sex scene. Full Review

Sexy, bloody, and disturbing, this decidedly unglamorous view of vampirism is a refreshing spin on a classic idea. Full Review
