This may be old, this may be cheesy, and this may be a parody, but this has got to be one of the most insanely funny films I have seen! When you stick Samuel L. Jackson in anything, it tends to be good, and in this situation, it was amazing! There are ridiculous references to so ... read more

Second-rate spoof flick with an embarrasingly low laugh count. I really wanted to like this, but with all the clumsy directing and even worse writing, it's more like the 90's equivalent of a Seltzer & Friedberg movie. Jokes need to be witty and rapid in order to work within the p... read more

An hilarious spoof of Lethal Weapon and just buddy cop movies in general. The cast is impressive, too, I loved seeing Shatner as the bad guy, especially. This is probably one of the best spoof movies of the 90s.

A silly spoof of the Lethal Weapon films. One of the National Lampoon?s better attempts!

The story wasn't so good...but there was a couple of fun stuff and a lot of actors

Has it?s share of funny moments, but Emilio doesn't have a patch on brother Charlie in the Hot Shots movies.

Funny stuff. This was back when big names were popping up in the Lampoon movies.

A great spoof film of all the tough action cop type films. Has some very funny scenes. Unusual role for Samuel L.Jackson, stars most other spoof film regulars. Mainly poking fun at Leathal Weapon, Die Hard, Basic Instinct.

Another classic comedy. This movie mocks Lethal Weapon and involves no thinking. It will keep you laughing to the end.

Yes, that IS Samule L. Jackson! A reasonable buddy cop movie spoof, but Naked Gun does exactly the same thing, and rather better.
Critic Reviews
A buddy cop parody of the lowest possible caliber. Full Review
actually very funny
As much a poor man's "Hot Shots" if ever they were
A second-rate attempt to out-Zucker the Zucker brothers.
In a career of poor choices, perhaps this one was the worst. Oh sure, it made money, but it also turned Emilio Estevez into Leslie Nielsen.
