Humorous indie low-budget slasher comedy. Gets a little silly at times and there aren't many laugh-out-loud moments, but it's an interesting little film with OTT splashes of bloody violence during the last 25 minutes. A good one to watch around Halloween for a bit of fun.

Slow beginning but the second half is really entertaining - funny and some interesting (violent) ideas. It's impressive how good this actually is for a low budget-movie. The ending is great too.

I felt like I was watching my friends hang around and act out favorite scenes. Dark, gory, fucking funny with some why the hell did that happen moments here and there. The acid was great. People were taking head wounds like champs.

MURDER PARTY definitely isn't for everybody, if you don't believe me just check out reviews elsewhere which seem to be divided into two camps;"brilliant, hilarious,& well acted" and "the worst movie I ever saw" in almost equal numbers which is how we wound up with an over-all 3 s... read more
