No, no, no... We didn't need or want to know that Gonzo is an alien. I love Gonzo, but I love him as the weirdo of the group, the one who doesn't belong, many of us identify with that. This movie says, oh guess what, Gonzo isn't weird at all, he belongs somewhere, and if you id... read more

Though not being a personal fan favorite by many fans of the Muppets, I think it deserves more recognition than it has gotten. It delves into the past of my personal favorite Muppet, Gonzo, and the film is very creative, and of course very funny. Jeffrey Tambor does a great job a... read more

Sadly, I was expecting more.... I LOVED the old Muppet Movies that were so clever, but this was mainly directed at kid humor with not enough for adults to appreciate it. Sad, Muppets usually carry a huge potential.

Muppets From Space just kind of does what every other aging, once-great kids show does--gets on whatever bandwagon is riding high at the time (in this case aliens) and relies heavily on C-list celebrity cameos. Muppets From Space also dares to answer the age old question "What th... read more

Not as good as the other Muppet movies. I was turned off by the lack of original songs.
Ok for the kids.
Critic Reviews
This new Muppet movie is the funniest I can remember!
Teletubbies may come and go, but Muppets are forever.
The movie has a clever premise that will appeal to all ages!
Doesn't have the right awe and wonder!
All of the characters have been replaced by humorless pod creatures. Full Review
The new Muppets movie lacks the kind of excitement the first ones generated. Full Review
A perfectly sweet-natured, passable family entertainment.
Smart and winning, this sixth Muppet feature film comes closest to recapturing the pure joy of the 1979 original! Full Review
