    If you like Buck Rogers or Flash Gordon and dumb dumb humor (akin to that found in The Stupids) then this should be right up your alley.     Jon Lovitz really steals the show with this one. I just love where he is singing and dancing and Teri Garr attacks him ahdn he starts yelling for help from his soldiers. DwierBrown was hilarious as the king's son as well. This movie had some decent effects and had a bit of a s... read moreurreall look to it. Another good family movie that is very entertaining.

    Dear God, and I like Jon Lovitz!
    This sort of reminded me of the Fifth Element. That was supposed to be exciting but it made me want to laugh, this was supposed to be funny and made me want to drink.

    The single star in this rating is there ONLY for the special effects. Everything else in this movie is a waste of celluloid. Don't waste your time.
