    The film is about an uptight and "celibate" government hit man Eddie (Courtney B. Vance) who eliminates persons that the government has problem with or does not like. As you can imagine, that is a lot of people so business for him is quite brisk but when Eddie decides to quit and... read more be with the woman he loves, he has to face the consequences and become target of the agency. His "Middleman" boss is played by Kathleen Turner and as another one of the agency's bosses is Ed Asner. The romantic interest is played by the Regina King.
