An occasionally funny horror comedy from the guys in Gavin & Stacey. Not that gory, sexy and most of the time that funny. Has a few good moments but had potential to be a lot better. A disappointment.

In the tradition of Shaun of the Dead and An American Werewolf in London (the two films that this movie draws heavily upon), Lesbian Vampire Killers (AKA Vampire Killers in the U.S.) is a fun horror action comedy without being overly amazing. The ending doesn't live up to the res... read more

This is one spectacularly hilarious comedy that will have you fall out of your seat laughing. A fantastic crowd-pleaser that is just as fun and as satisfying as Shaun Of The Dead. A smart, fast-paced and wickedly entertaining adventure. A blisteringly enjoyable buddy movie and ou... read more

Okay, so yes there are issues and whatnot. But taken purely as a film it's kind of funny in a laddish way, over the top and silly - as a parady of B movies it's actually quite good.

I had high hopes when I watched Lesbian Vampire Killers. I'm happy to say that this film delivered a lot of laughs and great horrifying moments. This is one of the best British Horror Comedies since since Shaun Of The Dead, although not as memorable as Shaun Of The Dead, Lesbian ... read more

This sounds ludicrous, atrocious, gimmicky and gauche - but you know what? I enjoyed it. In fact, I really enjoyed it.
Lesbian Vampire Killers is a hoot if you're willing to simply sit back and be tickled in special areas for ninety minutes. Sure it's crude, utterly pointl... read more -

Shameless exploitation aimed squarely at teenage boys fantasies saved by the winning banter from Corden. Knows it is rubbish and has a laugh with the scenario. Not scary or sexy but at least amusing if you like Corden.

It may not be smart, but under the right circumstances, it sure can be fun.

Not as good or as funny as I had hoped it would be, the premise is really good with great lampoonery, hammer horror style blood and settings, skimpy clad vampires and naughty jokes possibilities but I just didn't feel they hit any of those marks enough. The whole thing was clearl... read more

The DVD release of Vampire Killers leaves out the 'Lesbians' from the title. Also missing are funny jokes, thrills and engaging characters. Full Review

Sure, the whole thing sets gay rights and feminism back 40 years, but Lesbian Vampire Killers doesn't mean to offend. It is, in fact, all rather tongue-in-cheek, very much in the tradition of Sean of ... Full Review

For others just looking for schlocky kicks, this might have a finger-clicking pace and high-gloss finish, but it's no more than a calling card from director Phil Claydon and the script, written by a p... Full Review
It's a 15-year-old boy's idea of a great night at the movies -- sexy ladies in lingerie who get their heads lopped off. Full Review
The misogyny is too insistent to be ironic, despite the relatively small use of nudity and gore. The vampires, when slain, spurt milky white fluid rather than blood, a peculiarly unpleasant, and telli... Full Review
The relentlessly puerile, juvenile humour of Lesbian Vampire Killers makes it something of a guilty pleasure, but a pleasure none the less. Full Review
