Realistic piece of delightful"slash"melodramatic love story.Card players deal,Demy follows our pair of quizzes and jinxes,or maybe fortunes of luck?Nice, the Bay of Angels, brilliant Moreau, what's the catch?Unless you don't believe in optimism in films sometimes, avoid at all costs.

[Moreau's] Jackie Demaistre is a mesmerizing, compulsively watchable performance, one of the few films roles you literally hold your breath watching. Full Review
