A romantic comedy that finds a happy ending by betting on the truth over the contrived, but the greatest thing about it is it's surprising humanity. Oh, and a beautiful performance by Tori Spelling.
Critic Reviews
A breakout movie could be made from Lieberman's premise, but Cox and his TV-caliber cast simply aren't cut out for the challenge. Full Review
This is another one of those poorly-acted, TV sitcoms that only gets into film fests because it has two guys kissing. That Tori Spelling stars is enough of a review by itself. Full Review
The premise is stomach-turning cutesy as well as maudlin, the characters are cartoons, and the climax is unbelievable and strained to a fare-thee-well. Full Review
A light, formulaic romantic comedy that plays with genre conventions just enough to make its cotton-candy charms feel almost fresh. Full Review
Fans of the genre, Ms. Spelling (who are likely the same people) and perhaps TV's Will & Grace (who are likely the same people) will be inclined to walk this bride down the aisle. Full Review
Plot contrivances and erratic character choices reduce would could have been a frothy comedy into a confused, unsatisfying jumble that no amount of beefcake can rescue. Full Review
