After years of waiting for a Johnny English sequel, and years of disappointment, "Reborn" finally came along. The atmosphere was right, the ideas spot on, but unfortunately the years of waiting disappointment were carried over to create a disappointing film.
Whilst the first Joh... read more -

it was better than I expected, and better than the first one, It had lots of funny moments, and Rowan Atkinson was just doing great, I recommend it and really worth watching.

Well although the first Johnny English wasnt a hit with the critics it was still amusing enough to entertain me and make me personally enjoy the movie, however this sequel is just absolutely terrrible! The title Reborn suggests that the agent is going to be bigger, funnier, more ... read more

I don't remember this movie as a movie that can offers me a lot of laugh while watching it, instead I was force to laugh when IMO there's nothing funny about it.. Rowan Atkinson's charm must I said has already end since his Mr. Bean got suspended, no matter how many time he try t... read more

March 8, 2012fb100000145236770Sequel to the 2003 comedy, "Johnny English Reborn" is a decent enough followup. The comedy is light and enjoyable for all ages. Think of this as a no raunchy, more goofball version of "Austin Powers". Parodies the spy genre with brilliance. "English" is plays with perfection ... read more

A pure blast of awesome fun from start to finish. A brilliant and wickedly entertaining comedy adventure thats loaded with gut-busting laughs and outragious antics.

February 18, 2012fb1378820053A decent sequel. Dosen't contain as much laughs as the first film. The jokes are predictable and outdated but still always make me laugh.
Whether there should be another probably not but overall a funny decent film to watch. -

A decent follow up to the original, but not as funny and a little old on the jokes side however a good watch but it's not to be taken seriously.

Save for a few lol sequences, the movie's apparently an under-accomplished mission for a comedy. While it's fairly entertaining, I'd also reckon that the nonsensical character isn't exploited to its full potential. It could have been way much funnier with some extra effort. Rowan... read more

I don't know what he did here...but it was just wierd...The directing was not good...the music was missplaced....and for most of the movie...it was not a parody of spy movies....it was just a spy movie....and not a good one. 2-3 funny moments though...
Critic Reviews
Johnny English Reborn is funny enough to make you laugh and plausible enough, in an exploding-umbrella type of way, to make you care. Full Review
It would seem to appeal mostly to hard-core fans of the "Mr. Bean'' star and children who laugh at the sight of men being repeatedly kicked in the groin. Full Review
Joke after joke falls painfully flat. Stay home and introduce your kids to Mr. Bean, instead. Full Review
The humor isn't as dual-edged as, say, a Pixar comedy. But director Oliver Parker knows his genre well enough to lampoon the mainstays of the spy-flick genre, from impossibly high-tech weapons to foot... Full Review
The movie feels about 10 minutes too long. Still the laughs, including the big laughs, keep coming right up to the closing seconds. Full Review
After a fast, funny start, the new sequel, "Johnny English Reborn,'' proves to be more of the same. Full Review
The movie coasts on the charms of its rubber-faced star and its witty, easygoing set pieces. Full Review
All that matters with efforts like this is whether the cookie-cutter plotting serves up enough situations for Atkinson to contort himself into and out of jams. Full Review
Atkinson has amassed a loyal following who will no doubt support "English" in theaters. But most will leave disappointed, thinking, "Bean there, done that." Full Review
