This was an average flick and a sub-par Jesus film. The scenery was great, the story was not. It was confined to just the gospel of Luke and left out way too many details. I prefer the comprehensive Jesus stories that bring as much to the table as possible.

A solid effort, especially for the time it was made. However, probably not as "accurate" as many claim it to be. There's no way of knowing the full context of what was really going on, but this is a nice attempt nonetheless.

One of the best Jesus movies I have seen and the most biblically accurate. The story line is taken directly from the book of Luke.
