Chris Pontius: That had it all - it had danger, it had shit, it had puke, I mean that's what this show's all about.
"Do not attempt this at home."
Jackass is heaven for people who love watching people do crazy shit. This is for all those people out there that love getting thei... read more -
October 6, 2011fb729949618I thought it was good, but I thought Jackass 2 was better. My rating for that movie was a 4, so this is a solid 3.5.

The MTV series known as Jackass has been highly popular since its first episode in 2000, originating from previous TV show, cKy. But in 2004, Jackass got it's own movie, then a sequel and then in 2010, the third installment was released - in 3D! Now, I was renting this DVD and ma... read more

Jackass 3 is pure fun, the show and the movies. Johnny Knoxville and his boys are hilarious and what makes the film work is that they are just a couple of dumbasses having fun with themselves and people. Some jokes were a little too sick, but only a slight problem in one of the... read more

I think even before the sudden death of Ryan Dunn, it was safe to say this was probably going to be their last film, unfortunately it wasn't as good as number two. It all looks a bit tired, they all look a bit old and apart from a few really good skits, it's more of the same and ... read more

You don't expect anything less from Jackass. Had me cringing, laughing, want to be sick and crying. It's amazing! Not for the faint hearted. Johnny Knoxville is a babe. R.I.P Ryun and Zachary. They are all legends! Amazing and the poo stunt was hilarious! Can't get over how funny... read more

Well this third entry is a sign that the guys from Jackass were struggling to find interesting ideas for stunts. Thought at times pretty funny, the film never does do anything new or exciting and it simply more of the same recycled ideas from previous shows and films. Add the use... read more

It was fun. And It was better than expected. I though they couldn't do something new after so many years. But it still feels fresh. But I'm not gonna give it more than 3 stars. Cause it's not a "real" movie.
Critic Reviews
Jackass 3D has its moments, but it lacks the ingenuity and hilarity of the previous films -- no doubt in large part because of the aging process. Full Review
For the most part, the dumber the stunt, the funnier it is. Full Review
Die-hard fans of the original series, which had the good fortune to sprout before YouTube, may feel as if they're getting their money's worth here, though the 3-D component is awfully stingy and tends... Full Review
What's astonishing is that the movie is not a half-baked production. The spectacle now looks spectacular. Full Review
More than ever, Johnny Knoxville and his boys belong to a very elite club of idiocy. Full Review
For me, watching Jackass 3-D was like being plunged into a Hieronymous Bosch painting of hell, yet this very reaction attests to the franchise's primal, diabolical power. Full Review
Indebted as director Jeff Tremaine is to Artaud's Theater of Cruelty and the works of Luis Buņuel, "Jackass 3D" remains surprisingly accessible. Full Review
This feels like a natural end for the Jackass franchise. It's been a great run, but nobody wants to see Grandpa Knoxville get toppled over by a speeding shopping cart. Full Review
It's gleefully immature. It revels in destruction. And it made me laugh a lot, like it always does. Full Review
