A tame and dull follow-up to the first film. The story progresses with yet more mutant babies being born across America. But more mutant babies didn't mean more carnage or a higher body count for this sequel. Things liven-up at the end but it comes far too late. Disappointing

One of the two best sequels to a mutant killer baby movie ever. Great cast. Creepy mutant killer baby puppets / makeup by Rick Baker. Fun stuff.

Not as strong as the original but still lots of fun. Some great makeup and killer baby effects here. Something about killer babies that really hits a nerve with me.

Great sequel to a classic horror film, suffers only from an occasionally slow pace as it takes a while to get going. Still, likeable characters and a fairly involving plot keep it worth watching, and a very worthy follow-up.
