    Just...don't waste your time. Poorly written, poorly directed and poorly shot. Just every second is a wasteful use of time and brain power.

    This movie can be picked apart to death. But if you don't pick it apart it wasn't all that bad for a rental. has some funny moments, was a good idea and even has a good message at the end. If you are a person that picks out every little thing in movies you will hate this one

    Amusing, Space Nazi invasion movie with plenty of political satire and smart special effects. Udo Kier has a memorable role as the Moon Fuhrer!!

    hard to know where to begin with this movie....pretty much a giant "WTF" from start to finish. its production value is well above average, but it's still noticeably lacking in a lot of places. the character development scrapes out a bare minimum at absolute best. the plot is v... read moreirtually void of detail and lacks firm direction. the acting isn't terrible, but it's certainly not outstanding. as far as well-planned, well-made movies go, this really can't be said to be one of them. however: it is amazingly entertaining. while the writing is pretty mediocre, it still manages to be sharp and clever in spots and the spirit of spoof and satire actually feels somewhat dignified. unlike so many mercilessly terrible movies, I did not feel this was an insult to my intelligence. it's mindless action comedy for folks who want to rest their brains, not murder them. this is 90 minutes of hearty entertainment and I can't wait to never see it again.

    This could have been great. Nazi's hiding on the dark side of the moon waiting to take over earth. It has classic B movie cult fame written all over it alas it failed on so many levels. The comedy which should have been predominant with such an absurd plot is nonexistent. Iron Sk... read morey tries to be funny but never accomplishes it. The action is lackluster. The effects are bad enough to make it cult friendly but with bad effects you need comedy and again nothing funny happens in Iron Sky. Swing and a big whiff.

    It is hard to know where to begin. I think the main budget of the movie went into the special effects as they were pretty sweet, including the space zeppelins (yes, you read that right), and not so much into the acting talent of the actors. While a great premise and context for s... read moreci-fi, it was rough to watch. But, I like pseudo Nazi movies that use them as a caricature. This one made me sleepy.

    Delightfully bad. The premise is way better than the actual film, some (or a lot of) work on the script would have helped. The special effects notch this up above similar low budget fare, and there isn't enough of the Nazis on the moon for my liking.
