An awesome and spectacularly entertaining action-packed thrill-ride. A dazzling, thrilling and breathtaking movie. A worthy sequel combining both the film and television franchisees together in one great flick. Loaded with great fight scenes and swashbuckling sword-play. A film o... read more

I'm a big fan of the first Highlander movie but I can't say I watched the tv series. So I guess I was just kinda indifferent when I heard that a movie/series crossover film was being made. The two previous Highlander sequels were a mixed bag(Highlander 2 gets my vote as one of th... read more

Ok. It was ur basic Highlander plot. I psychopathic Immortal, attempts to be the last by killing Immortals without bias. Good. Evil. He just wants their Quickening. They even re-enforced the "There Can Be Only One" credo, by having Duncan face Conner, to the death. (Now , that... read more

This being the last installment of the Highlander movie series is a brilliant blend of the original movie and the popular television characters. The story line is weaved through past history and picks up where the television series ended. I enjoyed this series very much. This is ... read more

believe it or not, this is much better than highlander 2. the creators took advantage of new film technologies and actually tried to insert compelling flashbacks and other forms of cinematic drama. plays like a tv movie, but not a horrible one.
Critic Reviews
Och, lads and lassies, on the souls of our shape-shifting Gaelic forebears, do not enter unwarned into that dark cave of confusion known as Highlander: Endgame. Full Review
It quickly goes astray with fight scenes laden with too many bullets, too many explosions, too many sparks, lightning bolts and weird lights -- and too many impalings. Full Review
Kinetic but borderline incoherent, hinging entirely on character relationships whose significance it can't possibly slow down long enough to explain for the newbies in the audience.
Thinking (logically or otherwise) about this movie is a waste of your brain cells.
We're left to endure this banquet of bad acting and worse dialogue with no relief save for your inner-heckler. Full Review
Even the sound effects get tiring: How many times can you hear swords being clanged, yanked from the Earth or sinking squishily into quivering flesh without getting bored? Full Review
Its story is so incompetently constructed that the long lulls between nonsensical action scenes make you wonder if it was written by a prepubescent fan.
When Highlander sticks to the hand-to-hand battles and doesn't try to offer deeper thoughts on the life of an immortal, it works on its own terms. Full Review
Overall, there's just not enough story here.
