Not really a sequel to Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla. This is a sequel to the films in this series. Mecha-Ghidorah is raised from the sea by a newly appointed G-Force, a Japanese government agency designed to deal with Godzilla. They start to build Mechagodzilla, just as a mutant Pt... read more

Rodan makes a well deserved return, and he gets a very big kaiju role, which he deserves more of. Although the human drama is slow, the movie unexpectedly gives all the characters, human and monster alike, unique and likable personalities.

Great special effects in this entry. Mechagodzilla is actually genuinely frightening in some ways in how easily it destroys its opponents. I like Masahiro Takashima in the lead role. This entry also introduced Akira Nakao as General Aso, one of the most memorable human charact... read more

A fun and colorful entry, but really nothing overly special. Definitely worth a look, especially for the reappearance of Rodan, and the introduction of a new baby Godzilla, who really puts Minilla to shame. Just not one of the absolute best.

I cant explain it. I'm a godzilla mark. This one of the better written films. And the addition of Rodan just sweetens the deal.
