They should have stayed with just the first 2 and Kuno Becker should have stayed with no hair, he looks hideous lol. Still a good movie for soccer fans, more story in this one than soccer action.

Mexican football star Santiago Munez (Kuno Becker) is pitted against his Real Mad... read morerid team-mates and England players Charlie Braithwaite (Leo Gregory) and Liam Adams (JJ Feild) in a quest to lift footballs ultimate prize: the FIFA World Cup. Santi is motivated to try and win the trophy for his late father and family back in Los Angeles and Madrid, whilst Charlie and Liam just want to try and end the Three Lions 40 years of pain. For all three charismatic footballers, the path to football glory is one fraught with temptations and torments - and all three have to deal with personal issues off the pitch that affects their roles on it. Triumph and tragedy sit side by side in equal measure on this journey as the players compete on the field of dreams to achieve their ultimate dream to score the winning goal in the World Cup final and lift the cup in victory to the delight of a whole nation of fans.

The final instalment whereby the kid who we saw come up through the ranks now gets injured and takes a back seat. England crash out of the World Cup on penalties, one of the players dies, and there's even some fetish vampires and midgets, for the kids.

Ok, for some reason soccer is the only sport I can stand to watch without falling asleep and I actually got into the plot/storyline of the first two so I'm looking forward to this one also. (Seeing as they kind of left you hanging @ the end of the second one anyways.)

Wow. What a bunch of crap. To totally disregard the storyline from the first two Goal movies is unprofessional, amateurish and unprincipled.

For those who'd like to try to force producer from remaking Goal III like it should have been, with Santi, Ros, etc. following up from t... read morehe Goal II story line, please go to this link and sign the petition: http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/goal3isadisgrace

Even if this doesn't spur the producer to go back to the production floor, it will at least send them a strong message that we Goal fans are not happy with the immoral junk they tried to sneak by everyone by dishonestly packaging this movie as a Goal sequel. They should be embarrassed, and we should make sure we let them know that we will not allow this disingenuous action.

This has to be the worst of the trilogy, the worst soccer movie, and probably one of the worst movies of all time. What the hell were they thinking when they made this movie. I was waiting for a good ending for this trilogy but is not even worth going to youtube and watching it f... read moreor free.
