Unfortunately the invisibility cloak that the pair recently collaborated on has disappeared, and in order to ensure that it doesn't fall into the hands of KAOS they will have to master the skills of a true spy. This spin-off to Get Smart fails in many ways. The comedy in this not only consists of gags, but fails to bring more then five jokes to it. This is a spin-off that should never have been made.

"36 years never got a party never got a bag"

This does have some funny moments. I really wanted to see the original movie before. But got this first so couldn't stop watching this. These guys were really good but they didn't get much part in the real one. The s... read moretory was okay. Kinda matched with the main movie (tiny bit to say). Does also have some stupid scenes but it's okay to watch.

Uninteresting and strikingly unfunny. The plotline is very thin and the parallel plot to the actual Get Smart movie is nothing more than an annoyance. This film had a few charming moments and every once in a while it induced smiles, but never did I find myself laughing. I can onl... read morey hope that they will not create a series out of these two, because their only good performances were in the actual movie.

I really enjoyed Get Smart, but this was just lame. It just wasn't very funny at all. None of the main stars (Steve Carell, Dwayne Johnson, Alan Arkin, etc.) appear in this except for a short cameo from Anne Hathaway.

Hahaha this was actually pretty funny. These guys were hilarious. Crazy. They made me laugh quiet a few times already. I liked these 2 in get Smart and am kinda glad I rented this. Another one added to the list of my daughter and my to do list : )!! Yeah I needed a good laugh and... read more they delivered!!!

If you're gonna make a sequel to a movie, at least wait a few months. Plus, two of the least most important characters are the stars in this movie. Please, no spin-offs...

I mean it seemed like a after thought that turned out better than they expected. It had funny parts, but by no means awesome.

This is one of those movies that I so wish I could get the 68 minutes of my life I wasted watching it.. Even worse then the horrible remake it was spun off of.. Don't waste your time...

a lil let down by this movie i thought it was gonna be get smart funny but it just feels like a direct to dvd comedy.......i guess thats why it went direct to dvd

An okay secondary movie, within a movie. Oka and Torrence make a good comedy team and are fun to watch. The multiple cameos are also fun as well. Mays was good, but Miller and Manoux were just the same guys they always play. Dominczyk is just eye candy most of the time.
The stor... read morey is decent and works for it being a short movie and the special effects are suprisingly good. So if you got this as the bonus two pack at Wal-Mart then it was worth your money. Otherwise, wait for a TV showing, but still see it.

    "Why's that door always broken?"
"Why is our main elevator a telephone booth?"
    "Good point."

It doesn't necessarily stand alone, although if you saw Get Smart and liked the Bruce and Lloyd characters, then you can get a certain level of enjoyment out of their pseudo-sequel. Full Review
