Non stop action lots of explosions a wise cracking Travolta. This was a good time from start to finish. Didnt have to think at all!

So much action, yet so little to take away from it. It's a very average movie that has over-the-top, loud, and in-your-face action that never stimulates your senses whatsoever. At least John Travolta was somewhat funny.
The lead character, James Reece who is played by Jonathan R... read more -

A wannabe special ops field agent is partnered with a specialist to root out a terrorist cell intent on assassinating a peace conference in gay Paris. Very much in the same vein as 80s chalk and cheese buddy cop movies written by the likes of Shane Black, From Paris With Love is ... read more

I really enjoyed the ride. It's action packed and John Travolta was actually funny. I thought Jonathan Rhys Meyers wouldn't be able to distract me enough to stop staring at Travolta's hairline, but problem solved, he shaved his head for the part. Give it a chance. It's fun.

An average action flick that pulls you along through a story you could care less about.

I fully expected this film to suck big time and went into already hating it. The first 20mins are probably the worst but forget how ridiculous the plot and JT's hair (or lack of) is and just enjoy. Plot twists pretty obvious, but it is fun and entertaining with some decent actio... read more

Sometimes a strict genre film can be forgiven its clichés. You find the characters interesting, the actors are having a grand time, or the director finds a way to make old seem new. And sometimes a movie just gets sunk to the watery depths of boredom thanks to an overabundance of... read more

December 6, 2010fb733768972John Travolta is in one of his more serious roles, but the story, the action, and the characters are all undeveloped and sloppy. From Paris With Love has it's cool effects scenes, but the fact that the first half of the action scenes are lame excuses to keep an audience intereste... read more

A great high-octane, full speed ahead, all out action film that packs a hard punch. A total no-brainer and the action scenes, shootouts are beyond belief. The story, small amount of it there is, is ok and sets up one shoot-out and explosion one after the other all the way through... read more
