In a tragic bit of prophetic irony Gibson stars in a sci-fi romcom wherein a guy with career potential awakens from deep sleep only to find himself without a career and without friends. "Now what," he wonders. The film goes nowhere too.

Whilst this was never a great film, it was an enjoyable one, a very young Elijah Wood makes an early performance here and the storyline itself is fairly unique and entertaining.

It was a very bizarre movie that didn't have a definite tone, but it was fun anyway. Mel Gibson as a frozen in time pilot was an interesting idea, but it is way too light hearted for its own good. It feels like ET meets Captain America.

I love this tale about a man who gets his body frozen as he doesn't want to see his love die. Jamie is really good in this too.

A cool touching drama as Mel Gibson is awoken from a sleep chamber after 50 years. A mix of adventure and romantic comedy at times.
