TV actors Tim Allen and Kirstie Allie star in a romantic comedy, and it's actually really funny. Of course it isn't the best comedy of the year, but surprisingly good, and enjoyable to watch.

Good hilarious comedy of a wacky businessman and his spoiled wife (Tim Allen and Kirstie Alley) go on the lam after a ballistic IRS agent decides to take them down. Things pick up when the couple hides out in an Amish colony - a part like Witness.

Tim Allen and Kristie Alley, a married couple, on the verge of Divorce run from the IRS and end up living with the Amish while in hiding, pretending too be suspected family-visitors.

Stupid silly movie. It's only redeeming quality is that it was filmed in part in Hagerstown, MD.

I saw this but can't remember it well enough to tell you if it was good or bad. It wasn't bad enough for me to remember it being such so I'll give it a middle of the road rating.

Critic Reviews

Not a terrible romantic comedy. The Amish stuff has been done before, there are some moments in here.
No masterpiece, but it does have heart
A culture-clash comedy that's less a movie than an overproduced, four-times-too-long sitcom. Full Review
