Not Robin Williams at his finest, although it was funny in some scenes. Not that well plotted out either.

January 6, 2007
Crystal and Williams try to out mug each other in a desperately unfunny schmaltz fest.

February 27, 2009
One of those silly outrageous movies that is just funny so we don't care.

Predictable, unimportant, and unnecessary movie. (Although I do like both of these actors a lot in other films!)

funny at times but enjoyable father's day it may sound corny or bad with billy crystal but it is a funny and enjoyable comedy and it is sad at times also.

What a funny, kinda scary movie. It brought the family back together and they all became close. Each learned a lesson and thank goodness no one was seriously hurt. One must never steal.

There is a reason why Williams and Crystal only did one movie together. Crystal got fed up with Williams stealing his spotlight. It's why Comic Relief died with it.

I caught this on tv a few weeks ago, and I have to say it was a disappointment. It has some laughs, but it's not near what it could have been, in my opinion. If you're a fan of Billy Crystal or Robin Williams, catch it, but you may be let down. I was.

I enjoyd this movie when I was a kid. i haven't seen it since then, so I guess I'm not sure what I would think now.
Critic Reviews
A bland, labored, poorly written would-be comedy without a single laugh.
A lame plot and less than hilarious lines by two of the funniest men in the world...make Father's Day more of a downer than an uproarious good time. Full Review
An uneven and uninspired farce starring the normally riotous Crystal and Williams.
Crystal and Williams are a must-see match
Not really memorable except for the fact that it was a box-office failure, even the performances of the two comedy stars can't save it from itself.
Two comic minds, one disappointing movie.
Ivan Reitman parece ter acreditado que bastava colocar Billy Crystal e Robin Williams juntos e gritar 'Ação!'. Não basta. Full Review
Never reaches the expected heights of hilarity. Full Review
