The movie/documentary is a bit long and low budget but it has a valid point. Fat Head debunks the Super Size Me movie but showing that you can eat fast food as long as you moderate how you do it and exercise. He doesn't advocate a diet of fast food, he's simply showing that Super... read more

its ok but far too long for the type of documentary it was, it was just feeding information with boring slideshow type images and people talking. Felt like something you'd be watching in a high school freshman class...and it actually got annoying as if he was talking down to you.... read more

If you liked 'super size me', you should really see this one. Exposes deceptive practices that use your personal health as currency.
