This movie is utterly ridiculous, mindless ,and forgettable. Having said that, it was kinda fun, and the special effects are done nicely, so it wasn't too horrible to watch. In fact it's a black comedy mixed with a buddy cop comedy, so it does make you laugh a bit, but with a com... read more

Hahaha now this was a fun flick, Treat Williams, who looks Strangely like Bill Pullman, is pretty cool here. Piscopo looks solid n buffed and apart from the non funny lines its a great blast. Wicked 80's style everything, effects, clothes, cars etc...Steve Johnson did the effects... read more

Fun mindless zombie epic! it's a horror action comedy with Treat Williams and Joe Piscopo as a couple of cops kicking the asses of many zombies while one of them has many hours before he can die.
It's 48 Hours meets Re-Animator, it's great fun. -

I usually love a crime story that veers into horror territory, but this missed the target somewhat. Still, sometimes just the effort needs some applause.

Total cheese. Joe Piscopo is one of the leads...so...uh...cheese. The straight guy is Treat Williams. So...uh...more cheese. This is easily the cheesiest movie I've seen.

Leave it to the ?80s for movie producers to come up with a zombie buddy-cop movie. Treat Williams plays a tough guy detective who gets infected after a scuffle with undead bank robbers under the control of Vincent Price. So yeah, don?t worry about trying to take this one seriou... read more

Mindless but harmless zombie/buddy-cop comedy has, surprisingly, good performances from the two leads (well, Williams is usually good, but Piscopo was a surprise) and a good turn from Vincent Price in one of his later roles.
Critic Reviews
Despite the overwhelming demand for Treat Williams/Joe Piscopo team-ups, this effort remains surprisingly hard to find.
