Courageous Cheung (Sammo Hung) has a reputation for taking on any dare, no matter how foolish it may be, in order to prove his unabashed bravery. Utilizing multiple varieties of dark magic and evil trickery, including hopping vampires and possessed corpses, Cheung is placed in constant danger. Only through his swift kung-fu skills and quick thinking is Cheung able to escape death and hire a supernatural coach of his own in order to defend himself from the increasingly threatening legions of the netherworld. The fever pitch builds to a breaking point as Cheung and the evil Master face off as possessed marionettes guided by the spells and incantations of their powerful Taoist priest rivals. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

Ahh yes, the perfect choice to wash away the bad taste of watching a highly atrocious and pointless "horror" movie. Sammo hits gold by combining the supernatural, comedy and martial arts, setting the standard for other similar films to come. Some of the comedy is, like other Sammo flicks, sometimes a bit of a hit and miss. It comes with the package, but if you don't mind that you will be pleased with great fight sequences and all sort of wacky and creative scenes and characters. Loved the final sequence, hit that bitch Sammo!

Incredibly awesome mixture of comedy, horror and kung fu. Hung is wonderful as the boisterous Courageous Cheung, who takes on a dare to spend the evening in a haunted tomb (a great scene) and spends the rest of the film trying to avoid being killed by an evil warlock. Worth seeing many, many times.

This movie was very entertaining for me. A quick way to describe it would be if imagine Jackie Chan doing an "Evil Dead" type movie. It's funny, a bit ridiculous, and entertaining.

Spooky, funny and action packed! This movie is too damn cool for school and definately Sammo's BEST!
