An explosion causes the Toxic Avenger to switch dimensions with his evil bizarro-world opposite, the Noxious Avenger. Hopefully this will be the final installment of the franchise; the ratio of 10 incredibly lame/purposelessly offensive jokes to 1 funny gag is getting hard to ta... read moreke. Never thought I'd say this, but Ron Jeremy should fire his agent for landing him roles that are beneath his dignity.

Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger Part IV returns to the basics and gore that made the first a classic even though The Toxic Avenger Part II and Part III was pretty good. Toxie's heroic voice returns and they're seems to be more gore in this one than the first film, it was great t... read moreo see Troma's other hero Sgt Kabukiman N.Y.P.D in this film. The other superhero's was a laugh like the Masterbater and Dolphin Man.

The alternate universe for Tromaville and the alternate characters was something interesting such as we see the Evil Kabukiman and Noxie, even Sarah and Lard Ass's alternate characters. Watch out for Marvel Superhero creator Stan Lee has the narrator. The Toxic Avenger Part IV is worth a watch.

Troma movies I have mixed feelings about. In one hand, they have such ridiculous things happening that you have to laugh, but on the other they are so messed up that you have to take a shower afterwards. This film is no exception.

My favourite of all the Toxie films. SOme purely hilarious moments and other disgusting moments. Starts with the most and probably only funny school shooting ever.

Hit and miss, much like the bulk of this series. If you like this kind of thing then you are bound to find something to enjoy here. Sure, just like its predecessors it can go too far sometimes, and like the other sequels it isn't as good as the original...but it has moments lik... read moree the rest of this ridiculous series. Toxie accidentally switches places with his evil doppelganger from an alternate evil dimension. Hilarity ensues.

In typical Troma fashion, this movie doesn't hold anything back. The violence is over the top and the humor is downright obscene. the plot for this installment peaked my interest, so I sat through it. Not for everyone.

Horrible. Wah hoping that thev tasteless, politically incorrect humor would've been funny, but I found this to be bad. I don't mind the whole bad that it is good thing, but for me, this did not work.

The intro starts calling their own sequels horrible (lol well at least they admit to it) & say this was the real sequel to the first. Well here's a surprise! Lemmy from Motorhead who seems to talk for the viewer. (kind of like Hurley on Lost he'd say what we were thinking) Ro... read moren Jeremy plays the mayor (I'm sure he won't last long the way these movies have gone) & there's some 'bug' dude that reminds me of the babbling guy from The Jack-ass crews stuff. (usually in the shows with bam & his family but its not his dad) & I think one of the 'Doctors' is played by Corey Feldman (that took a bit to recognize) Plus there's a few more familiar faces I wasn't able to place. However even my #1 fave actor or all my fave actors wouldn't be able to help this (not unless the Duke of Suffolk & King Henry made an appearance that might have helped a bit) Parts are funny (stupid funny) other parts are just so bad (in the wrong ways) that its cool. Tho I think I might have to do an all in one review for this tho likethe others a D

It is certainly the best of the Toxic Avengers films, and by far. This one actually has some funny scenes. The take off on Citizen Kane is quite amusing! It appears to have a much better budget than it?s predecessors. It is often quite wacky and silly. Not all the gags work, but ... read moreenough do to at least make it bearable.

Blah. Why do so many people love this movie? Gosh, I thought it was awful. It was better than the first two sequels though- is that saying much? I would strongly suggest to avoid all Toxic Avenger sequels at any cost. They're not worth it. Some of the worst movies EVER.

Attend at your own risk. You'll get no help from this quarter.

If the take-no-prisoners humor of Citizen Toxie is very funny, the movie's relentless comic excess is ultimately a little exhausting. Full Review

Laughs are few and far between, and the film feels brutally long.

Though not up to the heights of whacked-out insanity established in Kaufman's last two films ... the film does have its moments.
