The once-homicidal youths of Gatlin, Nebraska are back, transported to a nearby town to be re-integrated into society (they have no recollection of the massacre from the previous film). In no time at ... read more read more...all they succumb once again to the devilish influence of a young leader (Ryan Bollman), who organizes them to take murderous action against suspicious adults; those who stumble too close to their secret become blood sacrifices to "He Who Walks Behind The Rows." The scenario of the first film is recreated here -- albeit with slight variations and more imaginative death scenes -- with little explanation given regarding the true source of the kids' demonic power. Followed by even more sequels. ~ Cavett Binion, Rovi

The undigested Corn of the first film floats to the surface here in this dismal display of everything that is wrong with 80's movies, but made in the 90's. Instantly forgettable

Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice is just as good as the original. The film has an entertaining plot with a decent cast of actors. I enjoyed this film, and thought for a sequel, was pretty good. Story is a bit more developed this time around, and director David Price s... read moreteadily and effectively builds the tension with good gore and good scares. The film succeeds where so many other sequels have failed. There are good, horrifying elements here, and the script is well written and the scares are plentiful with a good dose of blood and gore. This is where this sequel, along with others differ significantly from the first film, its use of violence to help create the terror. Sure the firs film was violent, but it relied more on suspense and tension to effectively build up the terror in the viewer. The result is a good sequel that is just as good as the first one, but the use of more blood and gore adds an effective air of tension. Sure, the film could have used without the gore, but sometimes it's good to try new things, and for this franchise. The film a good entry in the series and is very entertaining, unfortunately, many people overlook this film, and the series in general. This is a good horror film that should appeal to fans of the first, and is definitely an underrated film. Worth watching and is a good horror sequel.

This is just stupid. Isn't it enough with evil religious kids killing adults?....isn't that scary enough?...do we really need this "he-who-walks-behind-the-rows"-fella? and do they really need to show that he really exist? in some kind of form...that just shows us that the kids w... read morehere right...they aren't crazy...stupid. Some of the killing scenes was okay though.

Slightly superior sequel with everything you'd expect from a horror sequel- more gore and scares. When a man and his son have to stay in the same dreaded town as in the first film the obvious happens and the towns kids take over and start killing everyone. In a ways thats a bit b... read moreetter! Not bad, worth a look.
