So Disney comes up with another plan to get tweens into musicals following the massive success of the "High School Musical" movies. They come up with "Camp Rock", a film about kids trying to get into the world of fame in a popular music camp.

what can i say. i have kids. to be honest, some of these disney pre-teen movies are slightly entertaining. this wasnt really one of them. a slight bright spot was the one catchy song, and demi lovato is going to be hot when she grows up, but this obviously wasnt very good.

it's not as lovable as the High School Musical films. Still, the tween market is going to love this one Full Review
There's a terrific cast but nothing for them to do but waddle through your average Disney Channel blandness. Full Review
[A] derisive discussion of 'stupid cookie-cutter pop star stuff' is more than a little ironic in this Radio Disney petri dish, but at least the Jonas Brothers are a class act. Full Review
