    Cyborg Girl is your typical Japanese romantic comedy, which means it's cute, weird, and features a guy falling in love with a robot and a city-destroying disaster thrown in for good measure. Haruka Ayase does a good job in dual roles that get a lot of mileage out of the the fact ... read morethat she's impossibly pretty and utterly adorable.

    Check it out if you're interested in this sort of thing, it's average but entertaining.

    I loved the story and i would hate to say tears did come out of my eyes as i was watching it. It's kind of like Chan-Wooks I'm A Cyborg But Thats Okay but more my countrys version.

    In the beginning I hated this film. It felt as though it should be called "My Cunty Girl" because that is what she acts like. She steals and breaks stuff without any concern for others feelings the fucking tramp. Luckily she fucks off and it starts again, this time as more of a T... read moreerminator comedy. We the get the usual jokes about a Cyborg trying to adapt to everyday life. The bitchy cyborg then kills our protagonists pet. It's disgusting and made me hate the film even more, but I suppose this may be something that a real cyborg might do. The film then got better, as like the main guy, you start to see the sweetness in cyborg girl. Being from Jae-young Kwak this becomes far too sentimental and the beginning and ending voice overs are pointless and too similar to Kwak's previous work. Some sweet moments, some funny moments and an awesome Earthquake scene. Luckily Haruka Ayase's pretty face distracts from a very bloated and overlong film.

    Romantic comedy about a gauche young man falling in love with a time travelling robot who's out to save his life. A little like Terminator wihout the future robot domination threat and mostly charming, though there's some plot twists and relevations crammed on the final half hour... read more which I could have done without. On the whole though, a fun watch.
