  Typical run of the mill Korean melodrama. The music is overbearing and the tragedy is forced with every emotion squeezed to such manipulative levels that it becomes sickening. The plot of a rich sleaze learning the value of life other than money is one that has been done a thousa... read morend times before. The acting is so-so for the most part, and it has enough charming supporting characters to make it through. The Sound of Music play wasn't given enough time to breathe but still managed to disrupt the flow and character development. Overall it missed on many levels.

  A good sad movie would have some kind of emotional buildup and a climax. This movie introduces a new first time actress Yeon-hee Lee. Short but sweet love story really picks up in the 2nd half of the movie and the beginning was OK. The cast was attractive and the acting wa... read mores good. There were also a couple of cute scenes here and there that I liked. It might be a sappy love story as the summary title has stated, but it's just a beautiful story which will move one who is watching it.

  The script for this one is ... well ... let's call it inexpensive. It uses the K-melodrama template where the girl dies after teaching the boy to love.   i love hyun bin so anything, movie or drama with him on it is just absolutely fantastic with me! yey! but truthfully though, i deemed him to be a great actor--being so cute is a plus!
