A devoutly religious college student seeking to escape her roommate and make a little extra cash becomes the target of a disfigured serial killer who stalks his helpless prey from outside of darkened ... read more read more...rural windows. Having recently struck out on her own and found, Angie is eager to begin life away from her overbearing Catholic mother and support herself with a suitable job. One day, while passing by a campus bulletin board, Angie notices an ad for a babysitter and contacts the family to see if the position is still open. Before Angie knows it, she's arriving at the Stanton family's scenic farm and being introduced to their adorable little boy. Her job is simple: watch after the sleeping boy until his parents return. But the Stanton's house is enormous, and it isn't long before Angie is at the mercy of her own fears. Suddenly, the serine country silence is broken by the ringing telephone. But who is the anonymous caller on the other end? As if the frightening telephone calls weren't enough to shred Angie's nerve, now there's a mysterious figure lurking around in the darkness outside. There's a killer stalking this small town, and it doesn't take Angie long to realize that the same person who's peering in at her through the window is likely the same creep who's been butchering the local girls for months. As the tension begins to build and the situation turns threatening, Angie realizes that her only hope for survival is to fight back with everything she's got and hope that the local sheriff (Bill Moseley) will get to the farm before it's too late. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

This was funny! Pretty ridiculous movie I tell you. But I must admit it was scary to watched what happened to the victims.

A pretty decent horror that starts well but then a big plot change changes everything. It starts out quite creepy a girl alone babysitting at a remote farm believes someone else is there. However there is more to the child than meets the eye! Then it gets quite gory and becomes q... read moreuite a different film altogether. It's not bad overall but the plot change kinda spoiled it a bit for me.

Features more stingers than all of the Halloween movies combined. Its a silly mish-mash of horror cliches but there's enough energy and blood to keep the film from sinking into full-suck territory.

well as usual a terrible horror with so little scares or none at all that its hard to put it under the genre of 'horror' but ill give the film one thing it does have an unexpected twist but worth watching jst becase of the twist ermm maybe not really its not that great of twist t... read moreo be honest

This movie started out as a piss poor, devoid of creativity, paper thin actors, shallow plot kinda movie, but at the half way point took a turn for the ridiculous which actually served it well, as it began to take on Horror/Comedy elements, which were actually quite enjoyable. She made the satanic, redneck cannibal seem normal and likeable in comparison. (He was the best character too btw.) Anyways worth seeing for the second half. The first half sucks. Watch it if you want something easy to watch that doesn't eat up too much of your time. Just don't go into it expecting too much.

Nice low budget horror flick with enough humor to keep it engaging.

When this started i thought it was going to be an average and predictable horror but, despite following by the general horror rules, was pleasantly suprised. Young, pretty student Angie takes a job as a babysitter for a seemingly normal couple but when she starts getting strange ... read morephone calls, the creepiness begins...so far, so predictable and you start thinking of the old horror cliche's but then the twist comes and totally turns the film on its head and makes this a suspense filled, eventually very gory, fun horror. A great performance from Sarah Thompson as Angie carries this film along and is great for fans of the likes of Black Christmas and House of the Devil, which it is most like. A very good late night horror, despite what flixster might say!

Shockingly similar to House of the Devil, but hey, I ain?t complaining.  Though the director doesn?t have the talent of West, this is still a very entertaining flick with some fun performances.  An easy watch.

This wasn't totally horrible like I was expecting. The acting actually wasn't bad, but the plot twist was too much to accept. It got pretty stupid at the end. However, the effects were actually quite decent.

Should be Horror/Comedy more so than Horror/Thriller. This isn't a scary movie. It's disturbing, sure, but not scary.
