    Yes, they made a sequel, but the only thing in common is that a mummy was brought back to life. It's not the same mummy (it's Anubis here!), none of the characters or actors return, and the crew is different as well. This could have helped this. The first one lacked the focus to ... read morefully embrace it's own stupidity, and thus failing to become soo bad it's good, desptie everything being in place for it. Here, we get an even worse movie, that fails to surpass the soo bad marker even one time, and simply sucks. The first at least attempted soem sort of characterizations, no matter how lame they might have been. This one, no such luck. Each person is simply as deep as how they look and talk. The Anubis, looks ok though, which is nice. Random characters come in and out, just to die, or be stupid, none of it was engaging or amusing though.
