I could see this having a bad rating, animated film seem to go down the pan, well this one did.

Justin Long is an ok voice actor, he did better in this then he did in Planet 51, which I personally disliked. The reason i'm giving Alpha and Omega an extremely positive review is quite simply because of the film's humour, it's un-boring interpretation on animated romance and it... read more

Jesus Christ. There's shit, there's even more shit, and then there's Alpha and Omega. I'm fairly certain this entire movie (with the exception of the intensely mediocre voice casting/acting) was made through a computer program from the paint by numbers story (even for a kids movi... read more

Alpha and Omega was just bad. It starts off by throwing everything at you, in an attempt to remind you that this is 3D. In 2D it's just confusing as to why wolves are engaging in such action filled frivolities. The animation isn't terrible, but still doesn't leap to life. The plo... read more

I mean its no "Cars" or "Antz" or "Toy Story" or even a "Hoodwinked" But it didnt need too, it had some jokes i laughed, though the plot is the usual trying to get home plot, and has been used plenty of times but this is one of the times I enjoyed the attempt of doing it.

February 11, 2011fb733768972Justin Long, Hayden Panettiere, and the rest of the god-awful voice cast make this film ever worse than it already is. The story of two different wolf packs (alpha and omega) are about to be at war with each other, until two alphas marry each other. But of course, one alpha (the ... read more

It's nothing brilliant, but it is a fun and entertaining family movie. It's really cute, and I enjoyed it a lot.

Boring, it made me sleepy... that's never good. Story is dull and animation really isn't the best there is. Only kids should watch this movie.
In Jasper National Park, the wolves, Kate and Humphrey, have known each other since puppyhood, but they are on the oppose ends of the We... read more -

Possibly the worst kids animated film I've seen for along long time, the look of this film is extremely basic and I'm not sure if that's on purpose or not.....surely it can't be!! it all looks so poor and much like a Saturday morning cartoon with shoddy animation, bad lip sync (o... read more

Alpha and Omega, an unambitious 3-D animation about a couple of young wolves in love, isn't so much howlingly bad as it is howlingly boring. Full Review
It's an ugly, laughless 3-D cartoon about wolves that is so wussified and stupidified that it'll bore kids and make their adult minders wish they'd done something comparatively interesting, like clean... Full Review
The story comes off as patchwork, with a climax cribbed from The Lion King and odd musical sequences that seem inspired by ahem, classic Mariah Carey. It's not quite the vision of love intended. Full Review
After preliminary special-effects high jinks -- wolves bobsledding a hollow log down a twisty mountain run -- Alpha and Omega kicks into An Important Life Lesson. Full Review
Has old-fashioned backgrounds that occasionally achieve a touch of grandeur, but that's about the best that can be said for it. Full Review
Alpha and Omega is one of those rarities in the modern era of Hollywood animation: bad. Full Review
... funny, sweet but occasionally befuddling ... it is all perfectly average, nicely animated, appealingly located entertainment ... Full Review
There may be a few questions from the kids on the ride home, but this is an otherwise harmless and mostly forgettable entry into the bulging 3-D animation marketplace. Full Review
Unfortunately, none of these conflicts or predicaments is particularly compelling, and the unevenness of the visuals doesn't help. Full Review
