Work is tiring for Shahrzad, and home life isn't much better -- she can barely stand to listen to the many telephone messages left by her boyfriend Mahmood (Hessam Nourani), she has lost interest in her ailing son, and she's infuriated with her neighbor who insists on parking his new SUV in her spot. Shahrzad's only diversions seem to be watching television and driving around the city, and her only friend at work, Ghazaleh (Niloufar Khoshkholgh) is puzzled by her constant emotional funk. When both her son and father fall seriously ill, she's forced to make important decisions about their futures, which she isn't sure she can handle.
