There is something about a kid's movie where the main character's must go on a difficult journey that has always fascinated me. This one stars a young Reese Witherspoon.

Absolute best movie ever. You think you like Reese but you don't truly know her scope until you see this. I saw it in 6th grade and it stayed with me until I was 18 and found it again.

Celebrates the wisdom of indigneous peoples and the fine spiritual friendships they offer to us if we open up to a different way of being. Full Review
The plotting and especially the violence are rather appalling for a film aimed at so youthful an audience. Full Review
