Its an entertaining and sweet movie, but it isnt the best at trying to capture the real intensity of emotions that could have been portrayed across to the audience an okay movie which is vaguely amusing.

Fun movie but riddled with cheese, it's not great but it isn't as unbearable as some of Sandler's 21st century comedies.

Adam Sandler's 2004 rom-com (and 2nd with Drew Barrymore) is colorful, eccentric, sad, and hilarious. When I went to watch this, I wasn't sure about it for two reasons: a) I'm not a huge fan of romantic comedies; and b) as it is a comedy about a woman suffering from short-term m... read more

Funny rom com. Henry (Adam) works in an aquarium and lies to get off with women. Henry meets Lucy in a cafe but she has short term memory loss so she can't remember who he is after they meet. Henry tries to make Lucy fall for him everyday. Adam and Drew are brilliant. Great on sc... read more

I laughed real loud when Drew beat the sh!t out of Rob. That was simply hilarious! This movie was nice. Although the idea is a bit weird but it's passable.

Unlike Click, this film managed to mix the traditional Adam Sandler shtick with a rather sweet and touching love story. Sandler and Barrymore certainly have the kind of chemistry required for their romance to blossom. This film takes a really wild idea of a man falling for a girl... read more

Ends up making you pine for Lucy's gift of forgetting. Full Review
This movie paints itself into a corner from which it cannot emerge without becoming an utter disaster as far as I'm concerned. Full Review
Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore shine in this sweet, flirty comedy about a man who falls for a woman with short-term memory loss. Full Review
A chick flick for guys, with a pH balance in perfect equilibrium between the crass and the sweet.
50 First Dates possesses an undeniable heart. The bad news is that it will still be buried underneath layers of stale Sandlerisms tomorrow, and the next day, and the next. Full Review
Vast majority of the humor is so grotesquely obvious and crudely presented (in addition to being mildly crude in and of itself) that Sandler dissenters are guaranteed to remain just where they are. Full Review
If there's one thing to commend in 50 First Dates, apart from the finest walrus performances this side of Marineland, it's Barrymore, whose irrepressible cheerfulness and buoyancy at least makes Henry... Full Review
50 First Dates stays bravely true to its unresolvable premise. Full Review
The jokes in 50 First Dates aren't jokes, and the bits aren't bits so much as scattershot gestures in the general direction of comedy, at which an audience is expected to laugh, not at the joke, but a... Full Review
