X-Men: The Last Stand
An overall interesting and entertaining movie. This was the best of the X-Men trilogy. Unlike the first two, this had a deeper and more meaningful story. With the creation of a mutant cure, arose issues that both humanity and mutants never faced. Some mutants, like Rogue, wanted a cure while others, like Magneto, wanted to destroy it at all costs. This brought about tension and conflict amongst the X-Men; bringing about some interesting dialogue, which the first two could have used. We also got to see the addition of many new characters, like Beast, the Juggernaut, and the return of Jean Grey as Phoenix. I won't spoil it, but there were some big surprises that I thought would never happen. However, I can say is that they went over the top in this one. There were some crazy mutant battles, where the mutants abilities were used to their fullest. On a side note, Halle Berry did a much better job as Storm this time. I also think using a new director is what made "X-Men: The Last Stand" a great movie and the best of the X-Men trilogy.
