Anne Hathaway nude in a lot of scenes, maybe thats a good reason to watch it. Gyllenhaal and Hathaway give a very good acting.

Almost a perfect movie, for me. Gives us some of the most beautiful scenes that i´ve seen in a long time. The first 30 minutes, the monologue of the teacher, are brilliant. Still dont know why wasn´t nominated to the oscars. im pretty sure it´s gonna be a cult movie some day and put Nakashima in the elite of the actual japanese directors.

My favorite Show movie. Has an interesting script with an strange mix between comedy and slice of life.

Incredibly over rated. It´s a good movie but nothing more. But the acting it´s superb, all of the principal characters, specially Firt, he deserves the oscar.

A flick to a end-begging, yes, in that order, love story. The photography its also really good. and depicts in many ways the feelings of the characters, It provide us with some clues; in a moment in the time what was a happy love, almost ideal, ends up in a tense, full of recriminations, interrupted speeches and hard feelings. The hole movie mix you because go forward, back, backward, and at the end its just a blow and tell us almost the consolidation of their relationship and the end of it at the same time, so the timing it´s perfect.

Really weak in comparision with the original. A sentimental flick, which Hollywood seem cant avoid, to the idealized idea of love that lacks in the Trufffaut´s original movie, but is exactly that, the inability of the principal character to love that make it work so fine and made it a masterpiece.If werent the precedent of a previous work maybe this should have get a better score.

Oblivion is better than the truth? thats the question that give us the final scene of this great movie.

This is a totally chick flick with an international cast but is not as bad as other movies of the genre.

Interesting movie that goes around a semi-mythical suspect zero, a man who is just worried about killing. The supernatural flick its maybe the weakest point of the movie, and thats bad for the movie because the plot rests on that point.

Bizarre. hilarious, mysterious, hilarious and in some point reflexive and philosophical, like in the end monologue. It´s and strange and extreme ride through one of the less known and more interesting zombie movies of the nineties. The acting of Everett is great; the story is not the most brilliant point, but the scrip has some really remarkable lines, and if we combine the acting in give us a strange and enjoyable zombie-horror.black humor movie.

The musical flick, specially the one of Karina when they decide to go away, are really interesting.

Lets be honest this is not an art movie it´s a pure action ride and give us what offer, nothing more or less, Its a hell of ride; thats his biggest attribute, it´s an honest movie. Its not trying to change the genre just do what it should and all we have to do is tight our belt an enjoy the demential action. The acting, in general, it´s pretty good; Fichtner character it´s one of the most interesting in the movie and Cage, i don't know if he did this movie for pleasure or money, must be the second, it´s magnificent in his almost inmortal kick ass character.

Actually a good acting of The Rock, not that bad. Its a movie for a boring sunday.

This movie is really funny, Chow always gives some really nice surprises,

This movie wonders about so many issues and do it with so much deepness that the result it´s a magnificent and bright, and dark at the same time, world.Sofia Coppola it´s actually one of the most interesting directors and this, her first work, it´s my favorite among all her movies, and i have seen it all, it´s almost perfect.

Progress and civilization has a bittersweet flavor in the end of this movie. Modernity and tradition, the eternal struggle; legends and Coca Cola, all in the same.

Interesting movie, but Forster abuse of the cinematic experience and in some point you feel overwhelmed with all the scenes and quick changes of camera. The best of the movie is, definitely, Ryan Gosling. He seriously can act.

The hard life of a Zainichi (koreans born in Japan) its depicted in this movie. Race and racism are the principal matters of the film, with the personal journey of self recognition of the principal character. The movie shows how hard can be the life for foreigners that live in Japan and how racist could be the japanese society. Everyone had have the feeling of being a misfit but here the main character its a real one, that and the relationship with his father are some amazing things to enjoy this great movie.

A fairly decent movie. The film its a story of the first love narrated by the two main characters. The acting of the girl (Carroll) is one of the strongest point.Worth to see it.

Everything was good with the premise, but the final part... (spoiler alert) was like, really, you must be kidding. I dont know whats the obsession of the Japanese with time travel, that ruined, to me, the movie completely.

Hong Sang-soo its a master presenting the life and the diferent parts of it . His movies are in some way a little slow but never boring and his work are lessons of life. You can feel the life happening when you watch it. If with some filmmaker we can use the word of "Slice of life" to describe his work is Hong

Almost three hours...and worth every second, it´s a masterpiece,a bright study of passion and life. What are we going to do with our lifes its our decission and in the Hindi context that to much to say.

Predictable and not that funny, a little bit too long, if they made it of 90 minutes it would be great. But the musical number of the wedding is great, that is the best part of the movie, although the acting wasnt so bad, they were regular.

I never before thought in a zombie like a sexual object and deserving of our desire, so i give credit to the movie for the new and innovative flick. This movie is disturbing and just for the new approach deserves to be watch. Its not Oldboy or a masterpiece but im really sure that in a few years it will be a cult movie.

Based on an Altman´s dream this is a movie very open to the interpretation. I even read that Altman itself say that he isnt able to say what the movie means or whats the significance. The people who watch the movie tend to try to understand the film but, i believe, this is the kind of film that you must enjoy and feel, although its our nature try to explain every little thing in this time i suggest just let the film do the magic on us and dont be so rational because at the end this is a dream.

A very loose adaptation to the Grimm's story, with a twisted way.

Some scenes seems pointless, in disorder, and at the end leaves you with a bittersweet sensation but its a fairy good movie that lets you give a glimpse to the social relations and the complexity of them.

The first 50 minutes are good, you can enjoy the movie very well, even the unrealistic and exaggerated plot. What its good in other movies of Lau, the pointless sense of humor and jokes, the mix of semi mythical plot in a different context in this film feels so wrong and uneasy. Over the end you cant give much about the special effects, and the exaggeration of the sequence of the pool make you lose the previous attention of the movie. The best of the film the acting of Gillian Chung and Eva Huang.

These words said by Ding On before he fights against the killer of his father can depicts how he ended in that situation and the reason why this movie is so visceral, Not only is about revenge but a profound reflection about violence. Blood, dismember bodies, people killing each other without a clear reason, this is a wuxia that break the romanticism that evolves other movies of the same type. The violence is permanent in the film, It's a nonsense violence theres no reflection about that, but thats the intention of Hark, violence is there but never with a clear reason, and thats make you think that is because we live in a violent world where the only truth is a man's strength.
"i always had a nasty thought on my mind. I want to start a fight between those two men and the winner will belong to me" With Siu Ling like the narrator of the history we found a partial point of view. The environment is seeing by the eyes of this weird girl that loves and hates Ding On and Iron Head in the same proportion and her voice remind us, all the movie, that we are towards a masterpiece. The script is almost perfect and the last ten minutes are a magnificent, the last scene is kind of heartbreaking, no surprise why its in the top 20 of all times in Tarantino's list.

Too much melodramatic, but not the worse that i have seen.

Not completely funny or romantic, its a mild movie. I guess this is going to be great for the fans of the manga but if you aren't don't watch it, could be boring in some moments.

This film is not just about the nostalgic of life and the importance of memories, altogether it's a tribute for the making of movies and how they made us feel and how deep is in our psyche; this is represented by the final moment that the main character chose, at the end of the film, were not only the memory is in the film but the movie is the memory itself.
All of this happens because in this kind of midheaven once you chose your memory they have to recreate it for you. But coming back to the movie plot; we have that the premise it's really bold: you can have only one memory for eternity. So which memory would you choose if you could only carry one remembering for eternity? Its a really hard question to answer and the reflexions and philosophical thoughts-an odor or a sound, just a moment in all our existence it's capable of make our life worth- that the movie raises make us not only enjoy the film but feeling it.Without doubts my favorite film of Koreeda.

The most of mexicans films tend to be, or at least try but fail miserably, profound and philosophical, but this is close enough to that. This film lets you a dry sensation in your mouth, its in some way overwhelming. Maybe the weak point its the inability to handle all the stories, its has some slumps because of it. Even that, Naranjo its a powerful and innovative, for Mexican cinema, director that has a promising career.

Natalie Portman nude and full of bruises have never been so charming and seductive, and the song, Where Do You Go To from Peter Sarstedt, in the background of the final part fit perfectly. Altogether Is hard to say what can we expect from this short. One thing is sure its the end of a relationship or something that never completely happen. At the end we have the sensation that we saw something that change the life of the characters forever, its bring us a completely voyeur experience.

When Royal Tenenbaum tries to recover his family back the weird situations, and still fresh wounds of the past get out to the light in so many humorous ways that this must be an obligatory film to every person that enjoys the movies. I'm still not sure if its a masterpiece or not but i think its an indispensable title under the family subject.

The previous film of Naranjo, Drama/Mex, was already interesting but he learned a lot in the years that happened to make this movie. The most of the critics and people has reason, this movie actually has some resemblance to the nouvelle vague, specially Godard, and this is saying like a compliment, because its a great film, with a great script, some parts are marvelous, the first 25 minutes are hallucinating and the end is heartbreaking. At the end one of the best mexican movies that i have seen in a while.

I wasn't really sure that was summer until i watch Thor, this is what a summer blockbuster must be; The movie Its an spectacular film, great acting and magnificent special effects, O.K, is not a piece of superb art but shows that marvel is increasingly making better superhero movies, since the first Spider man to Thor,passing trough Iron Man, and thats are good news to the next Avengers movie.

Slightly based on a true story the film depicts the reasoning of a serial murder and how he bursts into the life of a tepid and weak man. Despite the fact the extremely gory scenes, that never seems inadequate, and the misogynist points reflects a completely rare and tainted atmosphere were the life is such a burden and can't end in another way which makes, with a desperate scream to the life and pessimism.

A little different from the we usually expect for a movie of death people and phantoms. Its not the best work of Eastwood but isn't that bad. The semi slow peace is a bit disturbing but its an effective drama.

I have to say that the movie wasn't that funny and interesting. Its a teen-zombie comedy, but doesn't have a good rhythm, it has big slumps and bad jokes, and keep all the stereotypes of the teen movies. Actually its one of the worst zombie movies that i have watched, and i have watched a lot of zombie movies, i mean, there are some really bad movies. Even when doesn't long so much i feel it like eternal, even oversleep for a few minutes.

A good short, but no the greatest that ive seen. I wonder how make it to win in Cannes.

Im not a big fan of the rape&revenge movies, actually i don't enjoy ti too much, but to be fair this is an entertaining movie. The gory and torture scenes are well make it. Maybe its too long, the script doesn't justifies almost two hours. Despite the fact that this movie, and the original, make us believe that in the south of USA every men are unable to control himself and almost could rape a goat, is not bad, there are good acting and the revenge scenes are very inventive, kind of Saw.

Avoid it at all cost. This is the crappiest movie that i have seen, and i have seen some bad movies .I watched this with the forward button press all the time. The acting its beyond the terrible, the history its awful. They mix terror, snuff, thriller; put all that in a bender and you get an abomination. I highly recommend this movie for all the people interested in movies, thanks to this you know what you must never and never must do.

This is a very powerful film, not only because of the subject but the way of treat it. The end scene its a great and amazing part that depicts clearly the subject of the movie, the fact that are people that just need ti be in a cold, hard and threatening situations, in the end we can see how the words of the beginning of the movie are fully met "For war is a drug" and the main character cant avoid the need of be there.

The chances of all you can be and have or not in your life is a powerful excuse to watch this amazing opera prima. The first 5-8 minutes are exceptional, definitely a really good and attracting movie, where the future and the changes that can happen are the main subject.

This movie its a mix between a quirky musical drama and comedic event. Its a completely Nakashima's style: colorful, handsomely shot, a bizarre story, kind of fairytale, and search for meaning in life.Matsuko tries, all the movie, avoid the loneliness and find the true love, in some part the loves isn't the important issue but stop being a loner. A lot of people fin this movie sad but it isn't that sad or even dramatic its the reconstruction of a life by all the people who formed part of her, and life not always is pink.

Definitely the best performance of Van Damme, not in years but in his life. All the problems and even decadency of the actor are reflected in the movie and its for real that are some magnificent parts. All his journey, from the airport to his monologue are exquisite, obviously we can see how big he is in Belgium, his birthplace, and all the circumstances that are around him.

A strange love story where the robot find more humanity, or at least love, than the humans. The film center, more than the love story, in the capacity of the feelings and dream that a robot can develop. Its a simple but tender love story.

In some point you asked, what im looking?The answer is nothing really important.The film had potential but the script didn't help in some point you think he is a very bad ass cop but the end isn't coherent. Opens to many paths and barely close one or two. Its disappointing in some ways because Aranda has some interesting movies but this doesnt is one of them.

Far away from those sparkling high school graduates that seem to have a brilliant future in the next years this is a more realistic presentation for what happen for some people when they end this part of his life and grow old and apart for some persons that we believe they were to be with us for a long time. We must say that to be a coming of age movie doesn't feel that way, a kind of lack that youth spirit but i have to say that i like the almost enigmatic end. Slightly overrated but its good movie.

The soul of the grindhouse its well represented with this movie. While it's not a movie of art works in many levels. A times is funny and a times it's pure action. The best part of the movie its the acting of Hauer while the script its nothing exceptiona, except from the original idea-A hobo with a Shotgun-,l he portrays a very credible Hobo trying to clean and wash away all the cufrrupt society of scumtown.

Definitely i'd rather the Anno of Evangelion but this movie, based on a book of Fujitani, principal character of the movie and daughter of Steven Seagal, it´s a fragmentary story where we never know for sure what is real and whats not. The presence of Iwai, independent filmmaker, acting, in some way, like himself, gives another point to remark. It's not the best movie but worth watch.

The story reminds us the all good literary horror, Poe, Quiroga, James and Maupassant are the good examples. The acting was good and the environment in the house its really creepy and has some excellent scenes.

The acting in this movie its one of the strong points. Is not as deeper as, i believe, the director try to do it, but its a really good thriller. The cold and cynical manners and the nervous smile of Affleck made credible his character as a psychopath that don't know why he kills. The lack of a bigger introduction to the rest of the characters made a bit confuse the fact of why, Joyce specially, they endure some actions of Lou. The love between the prostitute and the sheriff doesn't feels too much real, theres no much chemistry, so thats the weakest point of the film.

A boy meets girl sets in Korea, despite this is a Thai movie, that has some brilliant moments, the scene where the two characters wear the same clothes its really funny. A little long, about two hours, and the second part of the film lose some funny moments that were present in the first half.

A naive love story between an ugly but kind hearted girl who changes herself to draw the attention of the boy that she loves. Its a positive movie that praise the power of love. Its well acted and had a very decent script. At the end i believe what the trailer said, that the 89% of the people who watched the trailer have been trough that experience. Almost two hours its a bit long but it has a great rhythm, this is another thai movie that worth to watch.

Sam Raimi backs to the horror, i've never been a fan of him but this movie is good, not the most extraordinary but effective enough to cause some jumps, not to scary, the horror parts rest in the gross an not in the blood. By the way the old lady actually was the scariest, more than the lavia.

The best part f the movie was the innovative use of black and white for the human world and color for zombie world. For a low budget movie it was good and interesting enough.

The history its good and interesting, its a movie about zombies and for much that we love them this kind of zombies are a little different, not entirely dead but controlled by a chemical of a flower, and we can enjoy the acting of Lugosi, and overacted Lugosi if you ask but that was his style and im fine with that.

Funny,scatological humor is not my favorite but i like this franchise. This second part its exactly the same that the first one, altogether we have to rest some points for the lack of originality, but common its not an art movie its juts for fun.

This was an exceptional movie, the other x-men movies were a little weak and they were only entreating and not too deep. This movie has and excellent scrip and story. Maybe the most of the big fans of the comic will be moaning for the change on the original members of the first class,i'm a little upset about that too.Despite that the cast is really good, and Magneto was the best, with Kevin Bacon, i don´t enjoy the character of Professor X, he was almost a saint, dont do this dont do that, and that was boring.

A decent sci-fi film with a good acting from Gyllenhaal, and innovative elements but its really entertaining, maybe its not the masterpiece of the science fiction but give some good and new angles to that genre.

Doesn't have the greatness of some vengeance movies, right now i can only think in some korean examples, but its a great movie. It was a completely surprise i was`'t expecting much of this film but the acting of Taylor, i haven't seen nothing of him before this, was spectacular and the history it's great. The slow rhythm at the beginning give more power to the comings parts.

Im not into the erotic thriller,this was predictable and in some parts boring, i watched it with the forward button press.

Better than the other parts of this four movies, Have better moments and history. The movie depends almost entirely in Jin Seo-yeon, she gives a magnificent performance. Its the most remarkable of the movie.

This is a kind of sexual-romantic comedy where infidelity its the man issue. It has some funny parts but does`'t have anything relevant.

This black comedy has some interesting point but the best part its the chemistry between Downey and Kilmer, they make this film memorable. The plot is a little confuse but nothing that we can figure out and the moments of comedy are good.

This movie has a good story, nothing outstanding but good enough, good performances, specially Blanchet you really get to hate her, and great producing values and even that its lacking of something. It's an action film and i never felt the thrill , sure has some good scenes of kicks and killings but it's a flat movie, the story runs and even that i felt like nothing was happening, even that its enjoyable,

George A. Romero's remake it's even better than the original, at least for me. In some way resembles me Dawn of the dead, both are great movies by itself and the only flaw that have its that they are remakes. But this movie has some remarkable moments so its worth to watch.

Compelling story that involves two persons that are trapped by his memories. I have to say that this was an excellent movie and a surprise to me. The director, Tung-Shing Derek Yee, its an ave raris in the actual Hong Kong panorama, the most similar filmmaker would be Wong Kar Wai. This made him a good choice to watch. Is far from the wuxia style or the martial arts movies or the style of To, Hark or others but his way of look the world involves a nostalgic and reflexive point of view.

To the people who like the action movies and the crime films, that usually have a fast action, this movie will be a little slow and maybe boring but actually that is because this is more drama than an action film. The performance of Cecilia Cheung is magnificent, she is a great actress, and the end of the movie gives you with a bittersweet flavor.Another great movie from this interesting filmmaker.

A tepid movie from by one of the Pang brothers and having in mind Aokigahara also known as Jyukai (sea of trees) placed in the base of Mount Fuji; the film is about a forest where the people goes to kill themselves. The main problem is the script, it very unrealistic, nothing wrong with that because is one of the foundations of the horror movies, but in this case i never felt that was justified. The first 50 minutes the plot is about a killing that is solve and then the supernatural arrives, the sub plot about the relationship problems is dull and not effective.But even that has some interesting point, like the way the phantoms are represented here, not like something threatening but spirits that are searching the peace and purge their sins.

If this were a short film maybe we will be talking about a masterpiece but this is too long and certainly is a bit dull and pretentious.Its a great material fora college class but not for professional cinema. In some moments reminds me Terayama's short films but is not good enough.
The photography is the best of the film a great idea made it in black and white.

Anthology of Japanese short film of horror.
1) Katakata(****): The monster was very similar to Samara, from the ring, and the one from the grudge, for the noise, This is like coming back to the classic, the monster has long black hair, pale face and surely knows how give a scare or two.
2) Hagane (**** 1/2): Two words for this short: Magnificent and awkward. Have fun and a little of disturbing thing, The fact that they don't show the monster is the right guess because you can only think in what was the that, by the way great performances.
3) Uketsugu mono (*** 1/2): The most predictable and less interesting that the three,it's the more traditional, in a manner to speak, the best is that the history is from the point of view of the kid.

Another film from Ghibli studios, based on a book, is a nice and tender story of friendship, is slow but you don't feel it. Doesn't have the the greatness of the ones that are directed by Hayao Miyazaki but is good.

This depicts the depressing life of four women, it has a very realistic style from the point of view of the women and their fight for his lives and the searching of love. Slow peace but interesting tough.

There are a lot of references in this movie, Dragon Ball, Mario Bros, Street Fighter, is a silly movie with no effects and almost certain no storyline, but is an ave raris so has some points for that, and to be honest couldn't be a worse adaptation to Street Fighters than the one of Van Dame.

Certainly is an original film and im pretty sure is a masterpiece for some people but for me is just a good movie. The first hour is great, the best part of the film then we just realize there is some kind of secret group that try to make martyrs to achieve the experience of death and be sure whats come next, if there is a world after the death. Like i said i enjoy the first hour but then i don't really like the rest of the movie, except for the end, but is part of my character i dont enjoy the torture movies that much and the performance of Anna,Morjana Alaoui, is so regular. In the other hand, all the good part of the film rests in Lucie, Myléne Jampanoi, and the brilliant performance that gives.

Good British horror movie that tries to give a new angle, in those times, to the horror. the scientific facts and the mediums are good for the plot.The performance of McDoowall, the best of the actors, and the script, of Matheson, are really good.

Very good adaptation from the game. Is not exactly horror, or psychological horror like in the game. Worth to watch.

Funny movie about a woman in her 40's that fights against the aging. The chemistry between Pfeiffer ad Rudd is great and maybe is the strongest point.

I really enjoy it but i feel like it lacks something but right now i just don't realize what is that. All in all is a good film, but maybe is because I'm not a big fan of Harry Potter.

Slow film but is perfect in many ways and it's a sad tale about loneliness. Im saying a generalization but in the Japanese cinema is were i find more than the called "slice of life" movies and a master in those kind of films is Hiroki. The performances of Sinobu Terajima and Etsushi Toyokawa are simply amazing and moving, (the scene in the karaoke one of the best). This film centers his plot in Yuko and her problems with depression and her relationship with men, specially the weird bond that makes with his cousin. Actually this film remind me a lot of Antonioni because a lot of things happens but you don't know if the main problem was solved, or even if there was a problem. The movie end is as depressing as astonishing and you end up having that void in the stomach, that feeling that could make you believe that everything was in vain, but it wasn't is just that some movies are pretty much like life itself, and doesn't have a proper answer or way to end it.

Not the best romantic comedy but not bad at all.

As always watch a film of Bergman its an introspection to the human soul. This film is not one of his best but it´s interesting enough. In some moments reminds me The Rite, also of Bergman, but The Rite was a most shocking and intense experience. All in all and even if is a minor work in Bergman´s filmography its an obligated film to watch.

Interesting film about the Yakuza with an west perspective. In some moments are a little slow but the acting was good and the scrip, form one of the Schrader brothers, has some strong point. Was great that the center of the movie was the honor, betrayal and friendship instead of love.

Good film of Allen, i find it very over rated but is one good film, maybe is because im not a big fan of Allen.

Good rom-com for a Sunday on the afternoon but i think is more a chick flick, entertaining and interesting watch Johnnie To in this kind of films. By the way the role of Daniel Wu is really despicable, its a man with no dignity just begging for some leftovers of love.

Great cast, great scrip, funny moments, excellent acting, specially Gosling like a womanizer who fells in love.
Is not the best romantic comedy but worth to watch.

Funny movie with an spectacular debut of Audrey Hepburn. Is not as amazing and great as some people mention it but is a good film, specially the performances and the end is just great, avoids the cliche, happy end, of most of the Hollywood movies.

A rara avis in the horror films. The acting, except for the principal character, are awful, but manages to do a great film. Its disturbing in many ways , a little predictable but is not that bad. The atmosphere is the best of the film, the script is rather poor but the story is interesting. In many ways is much better that some actual horror movies.

Actually i like it more that i thought. Well written, good performances, specially Willis, and Mischa Barton naked, thats not something bad. Is not a masterpiece but is an interesting movie.

Strange film but really good noir stylish. Can´t avoid some cliches of the genre but is a remarkable work.

Paced movie with no twist at all, its predictable, if you have watched enough horror movies, but is not as bad as some critic say. If you are not in a good mood you will hate it. Watchable but not indispensable and definitely is forgettable.

Interesting horror movie cos at the we find the real horror could come from us and not of demons or ghosts.

Visually stunning but could be a little messy cos the many characters that have but the main story is about JP and Sonoshe so that is a minor problem.

Naive but charming film with a lot of references to the science fiction and specially to his producer, Spielberg. The acting is ok, specially Fanning. Despite all i was expecting more of this film, maybe because all the publicity but since is Spliberg's project explains a lot of the childish plot.

Wilder always are there to amaze us, and here the story is nostalgic and brutal. Faded star that lives in her fantasy world just with her chauffeur, maybe the most interesting character. This movie is great not only because it's a critic to that, in some ways naive, era that used to be represented by the silent films but the use of characters represents the history itself, faded and solitary stars condemned to oblivion and wanting to make his big come back, hungry writers that has lose the joy of write and just make scripts for not dying of starvation.

More than a watch,this was a rewatch and still intrigues me and is Bergman nothing more to say.

The first time i watch a mockumentary i was a kid and at the end of the film i had the sensation that everything was a giant scam. Yes! Someone tells you one thing, you are gonna be so scared and that, and you get a boring film. So i don´t feel much sympathy for these kind of movies, the only exception is REC, but i read some good critics about this, its going to be in SITGES, so i give it a chance and the result was In the beginning, the first 20 minutes are some kind of critic of those shows that infest the television networks of all over the world and actually i think that is the biggest failure, you never feel that you are watching a movie but a TV program. So the verdict, another crappy mockumentary with very predictable scenes and end.

Is a good movie but didn't reach the levels of the first one. The first was a complete and original reinvention of the zombie genre, even when, strictly speaking they aren't zombie but infected. All in all is interesting how this film made the follow up of the story.

In some ways this was an Unexpected movie, i was looking forward it but i didn't imagine that was that good. This is a real slice of life about a boy who needs to find the happiness of being alive. At times funny at times sad, makes a very interesting option.

Chinese chick flick. In my opinion it has too much length, maybe with 20 minutes less would be better and more enjoyable.

How should i put this. This documentary is about men of host clubs who earn his money from prostitutes. Indeed some girl say, during an interview that "70 or 80% of the money of the host are from Fuzoku (prostitutes)". So the revealing and disturbing about this documentary is that many girls became prostitutes to earn enough money to be with their host. All in all we know that everyone knows the truth about his lives; the hookers know that they are doing and stupid thing trying to buy love and the host know that they are guilty for many of the situations of the girls, but they keep doing it and that disheartening . A very interesting documentary, and maybe the only weak point is that doesn't feel like a real documentary but a TV news feature.

Slow paced, great acting. This is a strange film. I dont know how to put it in words but has something magnificent. The chemistry between Gosling and Mulligan is great, you can feel the nervous talk, the looking between them. Basically one indispensable film to watch.

Maybe i wasn't in the best mood when i watch this film because, for all the things that i have read, i was expecting something more interesting but is more a series of vignettes of stories and characters. This is a surreal movie, thus is intrinsically strange and refreshing but is not the best Thai film of this type, just see Last life in the universe.

Not as bad as some commentaries say but is those kind of positive, be the man you want to be movies. The best part was the acting of Eckhart, he really looks depressed, fat and even ugly and that is impressive and requires a good performances. The end was good.

Yeah, i was in the theater watching this film it was predictable but i was having a good time even with that but then the final 15 minutes came. I'm a bit upset because this film had potential, could have been a much better film that was. The crappy cliches and the stupid explanation of the murder of the previous owners of the house (the persons who already have watched this film understand) was too much for me. Even that is not the worse thing that i have seen.

This is an strange film but not for his plot or structure but what make us feel. It has an strange mix, in some moments is pretentious, maybe until the half of the film, but then surpass those moments and reveals a raw and honest film and then pretentious again. Even when the soundtrack is good, there are a few moments when you get sick of it.All in all the movie has some remarkable moments or maybe was just me that felt some empathy with George, Highmore character.

The movie is a critic to the pornography and the consequences of that. Interesting, I really enjoy the plot and the mix of human actors and animation, even when the drawings are a little crude. Shocking in some moments, like when August breaks a little kid's arm, but the slow peace and some innovative points, like when he kills some people in the restaurant scene, make an essential film, animation or not.

Lets put this in the right context, this is a 60's film. The terror was different in those moments, nothing to do with the gore and killing that floods the most of the horror films this days, with some exceptions. Personally i feel more close to this kind of terror. Is more surreptitious, like the horror should be. you don't fear the supernatural because is something tangible but something that is occult, something that you don't know what is or how face it.
This film has that characteristic, the invisibility, the characters know or at least feel that something is wrong in the house but they are not sure what it is. As the character of Theo says: "Haven't you notice that nothing in this house seems to move until you look away and then you catch something out of the corner of your eye" . Thats the essence of the picture.

Chinese rom com that depicts the situation of the smokers, with some good performances and an intelligent script with a little of social critic against the people who smoke. Definitely a must watch.

Slow paced film with a soothing feeling. The most amazing an this film us that in the 40 first minutes nothing really happens, actually its a characteristic that remains the rest of the film, but even that you never get bored. The quiet atmosphere and the beautiful sea is a permanent reminder of what are you seeing.

I read some critic about this film and i think its a bit overrated but in essence i find it good, at least is an original story and that's a big achievement this days. Highly recommended for halloween days.Maybe the less interesting story, of the four, is the one of Anna Paquin. Is a definitely must see.

Obviously the note for this movie down a little just because is a remake and that means lack of originality but other than that this is a really good movie. The first time i hear about the remake i said why? why ruin something that was almost perfect and i was reticent to watch it and when i did it was almost a year later but this film already stands for his own merits, for instance the scene in the hospital is even better than the original but the pool s scene is way inferior.
Conclusion, is a good film but you know the first punch is stronger. Its almost a copy of the original, of course Moretz is prettier than the Swedish actress, and with good actors can't go wrong and even when i like it i found a remake unnecessary. All in all worth the watch.

This is a strange movie, its a wuxia but doesn't have too many action in the first hour and the second has some amazing scenes but actually i have great interest in this but wasn´t that great. Even that worth the watch.

Exceptional film that depicts the raise of the Nazis but since the point of view of a Czech man obsess with cremation and the reincarnation, along the purification of the world. Definitely a film with a great photography, great script and acting.

Not the best Iwai but interesting enough. The photography is rather good, the acting convincing and is just a 47 minutes of length . I like it.

A great movie. Magnificent and the final isn´t as predictable as you could think.

Certainly is slow like hell but even thought is a really outstanding film for a TV Movie. if you have watched some films of Kurosawa (Kiyoshi) you know what to expect, similar to Kairo or Loft. The acting is good and the plot a bit predictable but worth a watch.

Three stories, the second one is the weakest, but is an unexpected surprise to me i didn't expect that were that good.

Reflexive film, one of the firsts of Koreeda, the plot is one of the recurrent themes in the work of this filmmaker, the grief and how the people handle this. Now, the long takes immerse you in the mind of Yumiko, who can´t forget er late husband's death, but at the same time left you away. In some moments you can hardly distinguish what is happening, you heard the words but the camera is really far away to know the gesture or even the movements.This make us feel as isolated as Yumiko, and thanks to that we can be emphatic to her.

A good movie, i guess this would have a powerful effect if i have watched this in my childhood but since in my mid twenties it's only a good film.The plot is simple, the acting of the kid is nothing remarkable, in opposition to the girl and his best friend, Onshaw, and the structure is a bit odd, for example, never has a real plot. But even that is a naive and coming to age love story.

Not a big fan of Gael Garcia Bernal and Diego Luna, this has some good comic moments but not as good as i expected.

I was enjoying the film, even when this kind of humor doesn´t suits me well but the last 20 minutes ruins the film. Even that some gigs worth the watch.

I guess some people wont going to find this as good as it is. Is not only the cast but the story but the fact that is a slow paced thriller going to be a good excuse for some people to underrate this film, that and the end, very open, wont be very popular because the most of the people want an explicit end.All in all this is one of the best films that i have watched this year.

A tender film about life, the performances are great, specially Laurent, the script was smart and the soundtrack really appealing. Definitely this is a movie to watch in the right mood or you will find it a bit corny.

This film was unexpected, i have heard that was good, but is, over all, enjoyable. It kinds of remind me Super 8, but this was better. Its a mix, comedy, science fiction and adventures but has good results. The performances were rather good and the kids have great chemistry. Not a work of art but an original film with an alien invasion that has a credible explanation.

Great movie. Even when in the final part, the last 20 minutes, you already now what is going on and whats gonna happen is a complex film but really remarkable, above all because in this times of remakes is an original film and because doesn't rely in the gore but in the story.

From now on this is one of my favorites horror films.The movie its a rare mix between thriller and horror, the gore scenes are not exaggerated and, over all, was a fresh change in a time were the asian movies rely, the most of them, on ghosts girls of long hair.

Not bad but maybe too long, 10 minutes less would have been better. But even when is an action film has a good story development and good acting.

This actually was a pretty good film, much better than i expected. The performances are really good, Farrell is a great villain but my favorite character was Tennant's Peter Vincent.

This movie could be compared to Psycho but i think one of his strong points is the multiple doubts that gives you. At the beginning we can't say clearly what is going on, it seems like a haunted castle story but then we realize is about killing and madness, at moments reminds me multiple films of the 80's, like Friday 13th.
Due to the budget i say is a good film.

If you have watched some film of Ming-liang you know what you can expect, long shots, almost a silent film, that sensation of discomfort, like the scene where a bunch of men are in the bathroom and, for some strange reason, everyone stay still and don't move or the Japanese man that are, with desperation, searching for a gay lover, that he always can generate in us. This picture is three things at the same time: a tribute to the act of going to the movies, a homage to the cult classic film Dragon Inn and a nostalgic way to show the antique movie theaters, a big room and not the small halls that these days lets more profits to exhibitors. Even in the final part one character says to another that no one came to the movies now and i think that's a sort of critic. I found it really remarkable but the final part, the last ten minutes, was a bit boring to me but all in all an amazing film.

Imamura's movies always have something amazing and this is not the exception.

I must admit that i watched first the remake-prequel but this is utterly superior. The tension, suspense and horror are so good. An amazing performance or Russell.

Sincerely i was hoping more but was OK.

This movie starts in a very good form, and certainly are chemistry between all the characters, specially Yen and Sun, but at the middle of the film it has a big slump and turns to be a bit boring to take off again at the end. Even with those peace defects is a good film with more than one surprises.

This movie is amazingly acted by Tosar. The film hold entirely in his hands and he made an achievement with this character at the point that you even feel some sympathy with him, at least happened to me. Well definitely a must watch film.

Maybe one of the best of the franchise. An extraordinary and refreshing film, talking about spies. Cruise and Pegg made the movie.

Maybe the most realistic of all the M:I films. Hoffman performs an excellent villian.

This is and strange film but enjoyable. One of his strong points is the length, a bit more than an hour, and the simpleness of the matter. At moments reminds me Ghost World and The Ketchup Effect because combines the life in a boring town, this time in Norway, and be ostracizes due to sexual misunderstandings.

A remarkable performance from Swinton. She is the movie, even that the story is good, nothing extraordinary but fair.A bit overrated but worth to watch. The edition is amazing and the photography and directing are good.

This is a corny love story with some typical matters, dying cancer person found love, and a tepid reflection about death. We can't deny that fact but even with those problems i really like it and think maybe is because the acting of Wachikowska and Kase,

When i start to watch this i thought it will suck, and obviously is not an art film, but i found me myself enjoying enough to say that i have seen worst things.

Von Trier is amazing in his first film. A noir film that leaves you amaze by the atmosphere, bizarre and dark, with a final that makes you wonder about the insanity of human mind.
