This seemingly straightforward tale of a writer hired to pen an ex-prime minister's memoirs, subtely seeds your subconcious with the narrative of a thriller, until you realize that you are fully engrossed in a great story, flavored with well-defined characters advancing a strong plot. Williams, McGregor, and Brosnan are all terrific, and the appearance of Belushi and Wallach only strengthen the fully rounded cast.
