The Dark Knight Rises 2012,  PG-13)
The Dark Knight Rises
Left me speechless in the end.

I can't say enough how much I love this movie. Everything from the story, the action, the cast and the score. I spend most of the movie with my jaw open.

The cast was superb as always, the new additions were great. Tom Hardy is just massive and he's without a doubt one of the most intimidating villains ever in movie history. He really nailed the part, really loved his accent. Anne Hathaway was perfect and also nailed her part. Her character really had this nice balance that her character should have, and Joseph Gordon- Levitt gave me more than I could ever expect. To me those three more than make up for the Joker's absence. I still think Heath Ledger's Joker was best villain of the series though. Also even the small additions like Matthew Modine were great. Christian Bale was also as his best and so were the rest of the main cast.

The reason I really loved this is because it combines elements of three major Batman stories that I could think of, off the top of my head, Knightfall, No Man's Land, and my personal favorite Batman story, The Dark Knight Returns. I didn't think this would top The Dark Knight, but it in some ways it did. There are things about The Dark Knight that I liked better, but the same thing can be said about this film. Either way it's going to be tough to top this one. It makes me sad that this series has ended, but at least it ended in the best possible way it could ever end, with a great fitting end.

Batman Returns
One of the most underated movies ever.... A dark fairy tale. A True Masterpiece.

It's by far my favorite Tim Burton movie and my favorite christmas movie since the story does have a christmas theme to it. Its also a close second behind The Dark Knight as my favorite movie of all time. Watching Michelle Pffeifer as Catwoman was amazing. She and Keaton made a great duo. Keaton IS Batman. The scenes between them were very entertaining. Tim Burton is also a genius for reinventing the Penguin, turning him from a boring umbrella guy to a sad freaky deformed, evil guy. Christopher Walken was also great as Max Shrek. The casting was flawless and so was everythin else, including the story. Many people talk about the first film and compare it to other Batman films but I feel that Batman Returns is better than the first batman but it just gets less credit. It's a superior film. It's a very dark fairy tale. It's about two people who love each other but their double lives interfere with their love life, and how they could never be happy. It also teaches a lesson about revenge. Overall, It's the best Batman from 90's. It's one unforgettable masterpiece ,and I never get tired of watching it.

Batman
MY FAVORITE MOVIE AS A LITTLE KID, JUST AWESOME! and i still love it alot, Michael Keaton kicks ass, The Joker was awesome. Keaton again, kicks ass, i love the darkness, the batsuit, the batmobile, the story, everything, this movie is a true classic, a great film. I love how batman is ruthless and doesnt show any mercy. I would of loved to see Keaton in a 3rd film, i never get bored of watching this movie and i never will.

The Amazing Spider-Man
My biggest concern with this new film was the fact that I knew going in I had to watch the origin story all over again, but luckily it was well worth it.I always had hope this would be the first truly great Spider-man film, because the first 3 didn't do it for me and I love the Spider-man character, he's my second favorite superhero behind Batman.

Thankfully the creative team really made it feel fresh, exciting and fun again. The origin is pretty different from the one we saw ten years ago but still has the basic stuff.

To me this is by far the best Spider-man film yet, even better the overrated second film. The characters feel more real, the tone of the film is a little more serious, and it's not as campy. I'll take Andrew Garfield's Peter Parker any day over Tobey's and I liked Tobey by the way, and I'll take Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy over Kirsten Dunst's MJ, who I didn't like much in that role. I really like The Lizard in this movie. I found him to be one the most coolest, most menacing villains I have seen Spider-man face so far on screen, even as CGI. Definitely more menacing than Doc Ock, Sandman, Venom and Harry Osborn as Goblin II.

Also love the stuntwork they did in this film rather than just pure CGI. I love the new suit and the score by James Horner was pretty great.
If this film had come out ten years ago, it would probably be getting more love than its getting now but since it's a reboot, people will hate it and say it sucks even though it doesn't.

Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut
Alot better than the other Superman II. I like everything about it, the changes, everything. I think this is a great improvement over Lester's cut. This movie feels alot more like a Superman movie to me. It's got that same magical feeling that the first movie had. Lester's cut in my opinion was missing a little of that magic. Overall I liked the ending alot better. It was similar but a little different from the first movie. The new added footage with Superman and Louis were GREAT. The new footage of the fight scenes were great as well as the new intro. This movie in my opinion, surpasses the original. It's a classic.

Tales from the Crypt Presents: Bordello of Blood
I really enjoyed this one better than Demon Knight. A vampire movie with lots of hot women and a whore house sounds like a lot of fun to me and this movie is a lot of fun. It has that feel that you get from watching an actual Tales from the Crypt episode. It's sort of a B-movie like type of feel, with some big name actors. It's no masterpiece but it's very entertaining.

X-Men Origins - Wolverine
Not bad but not good either. I wasn't expecting much from this movie. It met my expectations of being just another mediocre movie. The movie was entertaining but wow they really fucked up the story this time in terms of being faithful to the comics and having a lot of continuity errors and a lot of pointless characters. Gambit's debut was 2 films too late. I don't see how he fits into al of this, they just threw him in the movie for the sake of it. The special effects looked horrible like in the bathroom scene were Wolverine is checking out his new claws, I was surprised on how fake and cartoony Wolverine's claws looked. I''m not very familiar with the character of Deadpool but i'm pretty sure they fucked him up really good.Another bad thing was that the movie was 107 miuntes long. It should of been at least 120. But overall I'm not dissapointed because I knew what I was getting, but it's too bad they are making more mediocre films becuase I thoguht Hugh Jackman was great in this movie. The movie has it's moments but overall it's not that good. Im hoping someday they reboot the series and hopefully I will finally be able to see a real X-MEN film.

The villains are what ruin this movie for me, I could of dealt with the rest of its imperfections, but I could not stand a second of watching those superman 3esque villains and plot .Everything else was so cool and fun , this could of been a favorite of mine, Helen Slater was great to watch.

Batman & Robin
very unwatchable
alot worse than Batman Forever
very campy and very stupid

this is the exact opposite of Batman Returns

When Tim Burton made the first Batman movie, he wanted to erase the image of the 1960s batman by showing us the real, much darker batman but schumacher comes here brings back what the first two erased, destroys everything that Tim Burton had established with the first 2 batman movies ,brings back the 1960s batman to life by making a not so good batman forever and a piece of crap Batman and Robin. I used to like this movie when i was 7 years old but now that im alot older, i cant even wacth even more, makes me want to puke. Tim Burton's Batman movies are Masterpieces, and Joel Schumacher are the opposite

Howard the Duck
While I was watching this, I was asking myself, who is the genius that said, " Hey, we gotta make a Howard the Duck movie, its got potential to be a big hit". Who seriously thought this could be good? The Duck looked weird, the villain was weird, the movie wasn't funny and it was just plain stupid at times. This might of looked good on paper or on a comic strip, but in live action it just didn't work. This might of worked better as an animated film with a better, much funnier script.

Superman IV: The Quest for Peace 1987,  PG)
Superman IV: The Quest for Peace
Really bad, doesnt even make sense. I prefer this over superman III just becuz its only 90 minutes long and less painful. The villain Nuclear Man was retarded, " Destroy Superman, ROOAAAARRRRRRRR!!!!!!"

Worst three-quel EVER. This movie is just really awful. Crappy villains ,crappy story. Richard Pryor was terrible. This movie was really , REALLY trying tobe a comedy and in the end it failed miserably. The opening credits pretty much sums up where this movie was headed,

that is, straight to hell.
