16	Creepshow 2 1987, R) In this horror and terror film based on short stories by Stephen King and a screenplay by George Romero are so scary to me than the original. But one of three tales, The Hitchhiker is the best I ever liked featuring Lois Chiles as a hit-and-run driver.

18	Pet Sematary 1989, R) Bit weird of Stephen King's pet graveyard horror flick. The only truly horrific things there are the dialogue and acting.
19	Tales from the Darkside: The Movie 1990, R) Nicely gruesome set of horror stories. But the segment of "Cat from Hell" frightened me very seriously.
20	Graveyard Shift 1990, R) Boring and bit creepy of a 'monster'.
21	Stephen King's It 1990, Unrated) The best one of Stephen King's horror TV adaptation movie I ever saw alike the memories of the childhood gang reunited after 30 years while an evil clown reappeared.
22	Misery 1990, R) Very good thriller out of Stephen King's novel that not explores the dynamic between celebrity writer and fan (ex-nurse).
23	Sometimes They Come Back 1991, R) Chilling thriller gets good mileage from Stephen King's book. Tim Matheson is superb as the high school teacher who returns to his hometown 30 years after his brother died in a freak accident. The bullies responsible, who also died in the accident, come back one by one to seek revenge against Matheson.
24	The Lawnmower Man 1992, R) Although this sci-fic thriller claims to be the first ever Virtual Reality movie.
25	Sleepwalkers 1992, R) The scariest Stephen King film ever made! DVD is much better with uncut scenes than the cinema.
26	The Dark Half 1991, R) Great, very scary and unique!! One of the finest Stephen King adaptations. It's also one of George Romero's most under-appreciated works. The two of them have collaborated on many occasions to produce nothing but good things, but this takes it to a new level. Romero is known for casting unknowns for his leads. This time he went against the grain. He used the amazing Timothy Hutton. Hutton, in a dual role, plays both mild-mannered Thad Beaumont and mean bastard George Stark. But when he's Stark, he really comes to life. He's both cool and creepy. The sparrows are also a crucial part of the overall eeriness of the movie.
27	The Tommyknockers 1993, R) Shocking about a town taken over by long-dormant aliens when the green lights appear. Traci Lords is hotter as a sexy bitch post woman. It's a part like 1988's TV series, War of the World.

29	Stephen King's The Stand 2000, Unrated) Really exciting and very long supernatural movie about few immune survivors gather into two camps: the forces of good and of evil after a "super-flu" virus decimates the United States. Great strong emsemble cast including Gary Sinsie, Molly Ringwald and Rob Lowe. I like Rob Lowe's character as an innocent deaf-mute and his training sign languages and gestures are very impressive. This is the bestest and based on a novel by Stephen King TV movie I ever watched.

32	Dolores Claiborne 1995, R) This thoughtful Stephen King adaptation is drawn from another of the terror master's straight dramas and benefits from Kathy Bates's performance as a Maine housekeeper accused of murdering her employer and now reluctantly reunited with her estrangled daughter (Jennifer Jason Leigh). Bate's acting is so strong, deep, and subtle since Misery because the story and the character are more interesting, complex and challenging.
33	The Langoliers 1995, PG-13) Fascinating supernatural TV movie based on a Stephen King novella about ten passengers on a red-eye flight from L.A. to Boston awaken and find that everyone else has disappeared.
34	Thinner 1996, R) Chilling Stephen King's novel tale that looks freak to me about someone who got cursed by a mysterious ugly old gypsy guy for the justice.
35	Trucks 1997, R) This remake of Stephen King short story, Maximum Overdrive, is less scary than Emilio Estevez's film. Poor acting and a silly plot are only partly redeemed by a chilling ending.
36	Stephen King's The Shining (MINI-SERIES) 2003, Unrated) Better than 1980 original film with additional scenes.

38	The Night Flier 1998, R) This is the leastest Stephen King adaptation film I ever saw that usually sucks about the vampiric tale. Miguel Ferrer does an average performance as an utter asshole and the special effects is bloody poor.
39	Apt Pupil 1998, R) Not a bad drama adaptation of the Stephen King novella movie about a high school student obsessed with the Holocaust recognizes a former Nazi officer and blackmails him into sharing the details of his death-camp atrocities. It's a bit awfully of the evil.
40	Storm of the Century 1999, PG-13) Brilliant Stephen King's long horror-thriller storm film made in television and I like Tim Daly's character who has the greatest courage and fearless than the population of Little Fall. Colm Feore does a wonderful performance as the devil aka Angus Linoge. His flaw teeth shocked me a bit at the first scene when he quietly growled.
41	The Green Mile 1999, R) One of my favourite and best Stephen King films I always watch several times. Really emotionally and supernatural story - I LOVE IT!
42	Hearts in Atlantis 2001, PG-13) Excellent film of aching beauty and raw emotional power. Anthony Hopkins is truly one of the great actors of our time.

50	Stephen King's Desperation 2006, R) Fine horror made-in-TV adapted by Stephen King about the town becomes hell with the demon-possessed in the human beings. I'm very impressived for Tom Skerritt, Annabeth Gish and a young boy made their own great encourage to fight their own lives against evil.
51	1408 2007, PG-13) What a mind-blowing! A terrifying experience that I have chilling memories of the hotel in The Shining, now the master of horror and suspense, Stephen King, brings me to check into a hotel room like no other...
52	The Mist 2007, R) This Stephen King's horror-shocking is undoubtedly brilliant. Chilling, suspenseful and terrifically performed. Marcia Gay Harden is particularly effective as a religious zealot like Carrie's mother in King's first feature movie based on his novel, Carrie, and the CG creature effects are impressive. A monster movie where human may be the worst monsters of all, this is a gripping thriller that climaxes in one of the cruelest and most downbeat endings since Gwyneth Paltrow's head turned up in a box at the end of Seven. Highly recommended!
