I had been waiting for this film for eons and had built it up so much in my head that I was afraid that if it sucked it was going to end up being like a bad breakup. I'd throw a fit, spend the night blogging angerly then cry myself to sleep after drinking myself into a stupor. But it didn't have to come to that, because J.J Abrams made my f'ing day. This movie is FANTASTIC!!!! There's a reason why this film has a 95% rating. It's awesome of epic proportions. The casting was perfect. The only complaint I have about the film is it wasn't long enough! I want to watch this damn film over & over. Everyone rocked their characters; Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, John Cho, Zoe Saldana were perfect. Karl Urban playing Mccoy was probably my favorite, he even sounds like Deforest Kelly. "Damn it Jim! I'm a doctor, not a physicist!"
