The book is not that bad. It's a nice book, actually, amusing and all. Just a bit cheesy, but not in a bad way. On the other hand, the movie is just one of those bad adaptations that relies on so many changes from the original story and characters to work, and fails for the exact same reason. Such a waste of time. I'm glad I at least watched it in good company. |

Such a great cast, but the movie is just a shame. I mean, what the hell? How in the world these bunch of talented actors say yes to a project like this one? Whatever they did see in the script that made them want to be part of it was sure cut out in the edition or something. That's the only explanation I can think of. |
