One of my favorites. It's a creative story that I can watch year after year and still enjoy it. The songs are fun, the special effects are funky, and it's somewhat heartwarming at the end. The characters are classic when it comes to their personalities.

Johnny Depp is so witty and great in this movie. It is already a classic movie in my books because the adventure is epic and the plot is driving and wild. The action is intense and there's lots of humor in it too which is great. Not to mention the soundtrack is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

What a crazy messed up movie! You think you know what's happening in the movie, but the ending is a total plot twist I never saw coming. I was entertained the entire time with this action/drama. I think it explores a lot of good social themes. It's a very serious and intense movie so you have to be in the mood to watch it (lots of fighting obviously, so some gore and blood). Very interesting movie though, I recommend watching it.

I actually thought this wouldn't do too well for multiple reasons, but it was actually pretty good! The plot of the movie was about a girl who wants to dance and sing on stage, and more importantly on the Corny Collins Show. Along the way, she also learns that she needs to stand up for what she believes is right and also finds love along the way. The songs are so good! They are very catchy. Nikki Blonsky did a very good job with her singing and acting. Amanda Bynes was very good as well. They did just so well with the songs and what they did while they sang it. Some of the songs were very funny, including Without Love and I Can Hear The Bells. John Travolta did an excellent job (even though he was a woman) but was very funny indeed. The acting was very good as well. They did a very good job with the dancing, the jealousy, the trust, and all the other emotions and feelings that they showed with their songs and such. As I said before, John Travolta was simply hilarious! I'm surprised of course that a musical for a movie did so well. I also want to go and see the older version to see how different it is. A great movie to see and recommended for everyone.

I don't know why I love this movie more than anyone else does, but I really enjoy it a lot. The story is great, acting is great, and the message behind it all is really heart-warming. There's good humor in it too of course!

Bridge to Terabithia
Bridge To Terebithia

I could not believe how well they did on this movie! Usually when producers try to make a movie out of a book it turns out very bad compared to the book but was still a good movie not comparing how different it was to the book such as Eragon. This movie was so well made and very close to how the book was also.

The movie itself was awesome. It was very sad in the end after some parts I cannot say because you would have to just see it for yourself, but it was very good in creating how you needed to feel in a certain scene such as if it was a scary scene, then the special effects and camera zooms and costumes matched it all in. The special effects were great. As you could tell through the movie, the creatures resembled someone and the creatures has come characteristics of the person such as what they said or what color their hair was or what they wore. The scenery for every scene was great. The woods and Terebithia were just unimaginable with the special effects as in before but as in the tree house how it matched in with everything and all the trees and bushes and all the things all matched together.

The acting was perfect. AnnaSophia Robb did a great job as being the girl who was kind and soft in words. One thing that really got me throughout the whole movie was how Josh Hutcherson acted in every scene he was in. Whether he was mad or upset or happy or whatever, it just surprised me how he fit right in. Another great actor was Zooey Deschanel and Bailee Madison. They all did really well.

This movie would be a fantastic movie to have on DVD. And also be expected to cry because it is really sad at the end. I was surprised how well they did on the section that I cried. It was so heartwarming and sad to think of what happened. A perfect recommendation. You HAVE to go see it.

Hoodwinked 2005,  PG)
Hoodwinked
This movie didn't do entirely well when it came to ratings, only because little children wouldn't really understand it, but it wasn't really an adult movie either, but it was still a really funny movie. The plot is about the REAL story of Little Red Riding Hood, with lots of little twists here and there. Even if you have seen this movie more than once, when you see it again, it's the small little lines here and there and what the characters do and the character's facial expressions that makes it so funny. The voices for the characters fit so well! For Red, it's the Little Red Riding Hood we all know, but in the same way, she has lots of attitude in the way she speaks. Grandma is all sweet and stuff but in the back there is also the big and zany sort of thing going on, and the same goes for the wolf. He's the evil wolf, of course, but it's also has that sly sort of voice as well but as a good guy. They did a really good job picking people to talk. This is a good movie to sit down and have some laughs. It also has it's special meaning, and it has it's good ending as well. It really keeps your attention as well. It take a lot to loose interest.

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie. The cinematography is quite unique. I had a hard time following the actual plot because it seemed to jump around fast, but I got the gist of what was going on and just watched. One of my favorite scenes was towards the end when they are running in the forest and they do some great slow-mo and bomb shots which was one of the coolest scenes I've ever seen. I would highly recommend this movie to anyone as it's quite funny, got some great action, and not stereotypical in the least. The ending gives quite a twist and leaves you wondering, which I think was cool.

The Dark Knight Rises
I would say this was better than 'The Dark Knight.' I thought Bane's character was extremely intense and threatening and awesome. The action and attacks in the film were so life-like and it was very suspenseful. Anne Hathaway was better than I expected and Joseph Gordon-Levitt was absolutely amazing. I was captivated the entire time and it was truly an amazing movie. Very very good!

The Big Lebowski
One of those "wtf" sort of movies. It has lots of funny moments and I laughed a lot while watching it. Definitely a great comedy, and it hard a large "cult" following so obviously a lot of people see something good or humorous about it. The only small reason I wouldn't give it a full rating is that the ending is mildly unresolving. The entire plot of the movie is winding in itself as you follow The Dude as he tries to figure it out, and he never really does? Everything just kinda works out and nothing is fully explained. Most likely purposeful, so you can't take this movie too seriously.

I think the description is very accurate - "a deliberately dumb comedy." I love these kinds of movies because they're so ridiculous you can't help but laugh. Ben Stiller was super funny with his unique character, and Owen Wilson played Owen Wilson as always. It's fairly queer and although I know nothing about the fashion industry, it was still hilarious. Has some iconic scenes and quotes. Great comedy movie!
