Dr. No 1962, PG)
The first in the James Bond series! A classic! One of my all time favorite Bond films. Sean Connery set the stage for future Bond actors. Dr.No is a great villain in this. The movie doesn't go over the top for me. I liked the way the story flowed and had enough action to entertain me. Plus the Ursula Andress famous bikini scene will always be sketched into my mind. A must see for any Bond fan. |

From Russia With Love 1963, PG)
A great Bond film. Connery is back in his second performance as James Bond. Connery is excellent again as Bond. Plus Robert Shaw is a great villain in this. A little bit more action than Dr.No the film continues have that same style and intrigue that the first film had. Even though the budget is not as big as Bond films now it has a certain charm. Connery is such a great Bond that makes this such a great film. It can be campy in moments but that is the charm of this film from the 60's. A classic Bond film. |

Goldfinger 1964, PG)
A classic Bond film. One of Connery's best James Bond performances. This film had a great villain in Goldfinger. I think that is what helps make this such a great film. You always need that great villain to challenge the hero. This is your typical Bond film with gadgets, fast cars and beautiful women. But that is what makes Bond films work. They always deliver in a great story and action. A great film for Bond and action movie fans. |

Thunderball 1965, PG)
Thunderball is the fourth film in Sean Connery James Bond series. This film has Bond going up against S.P.E.C.T.R.E. once again when they steal twp nuclear weapons and ransom the world for their return. Lucky for the world that 007 James Bond is on the case to stop them and their top agent No.2. This film has a few more gadgets then previous Connery Bond films. But they were not to over the top. The film has that Dr.No feel to it due to most of the film is shot in the Bahamas. The film has a great villain in No.2. The story was fun as usual for a Bond film. Connery is excellent as usual in the Bond role. Overall this was a great movie. For any fan of Bond movies this is a must see. |

On Her Majesty's Secret Service 1969, PG)
This is the first and only time that we get to see actor George Lazenby to star as James Bond. He takes the place of Sean Connery for one time before he comes back for "Diamonds are Forever". Lazenby appears more like Pierce Brosnan and fights like the Daniel Craig Bond. No real gadgets in this for Bond. Just plain espionage and brutal fights. You still get the death defying stunts and chase scenes. Plus the film is full of beautiful women for Bond to seduce. Only the real difference is that he actually falls in love and marries in this. The film has a solid story and actor Telly Savalas is great as the villain Blofeld. This movie has a very dark ending. I would call it the "Empire Strikes Back" version of all the Bond films ever made. It is a shame that Lazenby never got to perform Bond again since he was quite good in the role. Overall this is a must see for any Bond or action movie fan. Well worth a watch. |

The Man with the Golden Gun 1974, PG)
This is a great James Bond movie. This film stars Roger Moore as Bond. In this film Bond must find a assassin named Scaramanga. Scaramanga wants to kill Bond since he feels he would be the only decent adversary for him. Bond also stands in his way of getting a piece of technology for solar power. This movie is classic Bond. Beautiful females, exotic locations and a deadly villain. Moore is great as Bond. Christopher Lee is great as Scaramanga. Plus Hervé Villechaize as Scaramanga sidekick Nick Nack was great. This is a classic in action movies and as a Bond film. Not that many gadgets used by Bond in this. Just plain old investigation work and brute force to save the day. A must see for any Bond fan. |

The Spy Who Loved Me 1977, PG)
A classic Bond film. Has the killer Jaws in it. And no not the shark. The tall guy with metal teeth. That is a great villain. Roger Moore is excellent as usual as James Bond. I liked the car that traveled on land and water. You always need that crazy cadget. Which most Bond films have. With some good action sequences and a solid story makes this a film to watch. A must see for any Bond fan. |

Moonraker 1979, PG)
This is another classic in the James Bond series.Roger Moore is back in the role of James Bond. This time he must stop one of the world's richest men from destroying the human race from his space station. This is a fun movie. Moore is great as Bond. The film has all your classic action sequences, beautiful women and great gadgets from a Bond film. Plus the classic villain Jaws is back in this movie to try and kill Bond. He has to be one of the hardest guys to kill in any of the Bond movies. I had a blast watching this. Just pure fun movie making. Well worth a watch. |

For Your Eyes Only 1981, PG)
As with many James Bond films this is another in the series that is fun to watch. Starring Roger Moore as Bond he again does a great job in this role. The open sequence starts right away with action and does not stop from there. The film has the late 70's and early 80's look. But we still have all the Bond essentials like, gadgets, villains, fights, explosions and beautiful women. I actually liked how the Melina character could take care of herself in this with Bond. Julian Glover plays a great main villain. Overall a fun film. A must see for Bond fans or those who enjoy action and spy films. |

Octopussy 1983, PG)
The second to last Bond film that stars Roger Moore is what you expect from the others in the series. Bond gets involved in plot when a fellow agent turns up dead with a Faberge egg. This leads him to India with a plot between Russian agents and a group called Octopussy. That is correct they call themselves the Octopussy. A group of women living on a island who deal with crime on a lower level. Bond of course loves this island. And of course they aren't really bad. They do help Bond capture and stop the villains plot. You get what you expect from a Bond film with car chases, explosions, crazy stunts, villains and beautiful women. This film overall has a bit of cheese to it compared to the other Roger Moore Bond films. But it is expected at times. This is the weakest film in the Moore Bond series but it is still a fun watch. If you liked the other Bond films then check this out. Worth a watch. |

Never Say Never Again 1983, PG)
The Bond movie that is not really part of the Bond series? I guess this movie was never approved by MGM but is still a Bond movie. Just as good as the other Bond movies. Connery is still great as Bond. And the movie has good action scenes and a good story. A must for Bond fans. I enjoyed it since I am Bond fan. |

A View to a Kill 1985, PG)
This is the first Bond movie I ever saw when I was a child. I loved it. From the James Bond main theme music that had me hooked to the great Duran Duran song that followed. That song is still great to listen to today. My favorite Bond film from Roger Moore. The film was a fast pace non stop action movie with great gadgets, beautiful women, to some great action scenes. Christopher Walken and Grace Jones were excellent in the roles as the main villains. A must see film for Bond and action movie fans. |

The Living Daylights 1987, PG)
Timothy Dalton's best Bond picture. He is better than what most people say. A perfect Bond for the 80's. His James Bond is just as good as any of the other actors before and after him. This film has your typical action, adventure, hi-tech gadgets, violence, over the top scenes and beautiful women from a Bond movie. What isn't there to like from this film. This is a must see film for Bond and action movie fans. A great fun film to watch. |

Licence To Kill 1989, PG-13)
This was a good Bond film by Timothy Dalton. His last in the Bond series. I liked his other Bond film better the Living Daylights. Still this movie was good for it's time. A great story of revenge with action, adventure, villains, gadgets, beautiful women and violence. A good Bond film. Wort a watch for Bond and action movie fans. |

GoldenEye 1995, PG-13)
A great James Bond Film! Pierce Bronson's best bond film. One of my favorite Bond films. It was great to see Bond back better than ever since the 80's. This film has a great story and supporting cast. Plus the action scenes are awesome in this film. Pierce Bronson was the perfect casting choice for the new Bond. One of my all time favorite films. |

Quantum of Solace 2008, PG-13)
This is the second stint of Daniel Craig as James Bond. This story takes place right after Casino Royale. Bond is hunting down a secret organization that had a hand in killing Vesper his last love interest and has ties in controlling government organizations through out the world. You get what you expect from a James Bond film. Full of action, explosions, fight sequences and beautiful females. Daniel Craig is great as James Bond. Daniel Craig is much darker than previous Bonds. But it works for him. No gadgets in this. Bond in this is a dirty fighter and has no qualms about killing. Which I like for someone who has a license to kill. The only complaints I have about this film is the weaker story and the lackluster villain. This story was not as good as Casino Royale. It did not flow as well as the previous film. And the villain in this was not that great. Sure he was sort of evil but overall he failed to be a great Bond villain as previous films. But overall I was still entertained and enjoyed the film as a Bond fan. A must see for any Bond fan. |
