Famous Last Words
One of the most rewarding things a movie can do is end with lines or words that feel so perfect, they leave the viewer in awe. They can be the 'cherry on top' exclamation point for a movie that had already been great or make the faults of a flawed movie easier to forgive.
I don't love all of these movies from start to finish. I even have major problems with some of them, but what they all have in common is that their one or two final lines or words were tremendously satisfying and made me want to cheer.
This is not meant to be a catalog of every single famous last line in movie history...just the ones I loved the most.
