A great little film I stumbled upon. I like the way it shows the different stories of the characters and how their actions effect each other over the course of the night. A bit like Crash, Pulp Fiction, 2 days in the valley because of this but also with a strong dark sense of humour. Overall a strange but quality film.

2 Fast 2 Furious 2003,  PG-13)
2 Fast 2 Furious
Nearly as good as the first. Plenty of action with some stunning cars.
3
21 Grams 2003,  R)
21 Grams
A surprising film had no idea what it was about. Comes together at the end after a slow start, but need to be wide awake to follow it as the timeline jumps like Memento.
4
28 Days Later 2002,  R)
28 Days Later
A very good low budget Zombie film, well worth a look.
5
American Wedding 2003,  R)
American Wedding
The third in the American Pie series. Just more of the same really with more of the original cast no longer present. It seems to center around Stifler a lot more, but as ever has more than it's fair share of memorable scenes for one reason or another.
6
Anger Management 2003,  PG-13)
Anger Management
A so-so comedy with a few good scenes. Very good cast line up and Jack Nicholson can play crazy like no one else!
7
The Animatrix 2003,  Unrated)
The Animatrix
Not what I expected this is a collection of short stories from the world of the matrix. Some only a few mins long and varying in style from cgi, cartoon, anime, manga and comic book. Would have liked to have seen longer versions of the better stories.
8
Bad Boys II 2003,  R)
Bad Boys II
I like the sequel slighty more than the first. Has a bigger budget and it shows. Plenty of fights, shootouts, car chases, boats and tons of explosions!
9
Bloody Murder 2: Closing Camp (Halloween Camp) 2003,  R)
Bloody Murder 2: Closing Camp (Halloween Camp)
Know as Halloween camp in th UK. A Friday the 13th rip off, good for a low budget slasher but very gory for a 15!
10
Bruce Almighty 2003,  PG-13)
Bruce Almighty
Not a Jim Carrey fan but one of his better films, nice idea!
11
Bulletproof Monk 2003,  PG-13)
Bulletproof Monk
An ok action film with some good martial arts fights and SFX, but nothing amazing here.
12
Charlie's Angels - Full Throttle 2003,  PG-13)
Charlie's Angels - Full Throttle
A cheesey non-stop action comedy which never slows down for the full 90mins. Not as good as the first but it still has plenty of silly action and a good cast, including a very young Shia LaBeouf!! Not bad brainless fun if nothing else is on.
13
Cheerleader Massacre 2002,  R)
Cheerleader Massacre
A light hearted low budget slasher with lots of girls in showers, and cheap thrills. Ticks all the boxes for a modern day slasher and despite the emphasis on the pretty women this is quite a good entry in the genre.
14
Cold Creek Manor 2003,  R)
Cold Creek Manor
Not a bad thriller not as scary or spooky as some. Similar to Cape Fear in some ways.
15
The Cooler 2003,  R)
The Cooler
A good drama film. A guy blessed with bad luck is hired by a 2nd string Las Vegas casino to "cool" any tables where someone is winning too much. After meeting a waitress (Maria Bello) at the casino could his luck change and what will his boss do if it does? Underrated film many have probably not heard of but quite enjoyable if a bit slow to start.
16
The Core 2003,  PG-13)
The Core
An ok action/ disaster film. If you liked The day after tomorrow you will like this.
17
Daredevil 2003,  PG-13)
Daredevil
Average action film with good SFX. Has a few good fight scenes but overall something is missing to make it a great film.
18
Dead End 2003,  R)
Dead End
This is a strange film, very creepy and has a twist that you either saw coming or will hit you for six!
19
Dreamcatcher 2003,  R)
Dreamcatcher
A typical Stephen King film, very odd at times. Wouldn't class it quite as a horror has certain elements of Stand by me and the Tommy Knockers in it. Overall pretty good.
20
Final Destination 2 2003,  R)
Final Destination 2
A very cool horror film with even more elaborate deaths!
21
Finding Nemo 2003,  G)
Finding Nemo
Probably my favourite animated film at present. Looks amazing!
22
Freddy vs. Jason 2003,  R)
Freddy vs. Jason
A pretty cool hack'n'slash film. Almost tongue in cheek at times, could almost be a spoof of both series of films. The effects are cool and there is plenty blood for gore fans. Nice to see a recent film starring these two cult film characters....and as with most Jason films, there is a nude girl in the lake.
23
Gothika 2003,  R)
Gothika
Slammed by critics and who knows why? A good thriller with a neat twist.
24
The Hitcher II: I've Been Waiting 2003,  R)
The Hitcher II: I've Been Waiting
It's an ok road movie slasher but not as good or intense as the first or the remake!
25
Hollywood Homicide 2003,  PG-13)
Hollywood Homicide
An enjoyable enough action comedy set in Hollywood. Not sure Harrison Ford is suited to comedy. A bit like Beverly Hills Cop but toned down a little. Good attempt but not a patch on Beverly Hills or Rush Hour.
26
House of the Dead 2003,  R)
House of the Dead
Pure popcorn fun all the way. Tongue in cheek horror based on the gun game, this is good fun.
27
How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days 2003,  PG-13)
How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days
A decent comedy as a girl tries to prove any girl can get a guy to ditch her, while the guy is out to prove he can get anyone to fall in love with him in 10 days. A few funny moments about the do's and don'ts of dating.
28
Hulk 2003,  PG-13)
Hulk
Good comic book fun action with neat SFX.
29
The Hunted 2003,  R)
The Hunted
A cross between Rambo: First Blood and The Fugitive, if you like those you'll like this. Great performances and good fight scenes.
30
Identity 2003,  R)
Identity
A very strange horror with a real twist of an ending!!
31
In the Cut 2003,  R)
In the Cut
A dark, gritty and sexy thriller starring Meg Ryan in a totally different role for her. Quite good, similar to the thriller Sea of Love.
32
Intolerable Cruelty 2003,  PG-13)
Intolerable Cruelty
A pretty good rom-com with a twist. Mainly about divorce proceedings!
33
The Italian Job 2003,  PG-13)
The Italian Job
A cool update of the original, wouldn't call it a remake. Plenty of action and with a strong cast. Highly enjoyable!
34
Jeepers Creepers 2 2003,  R)
Jeepers Creepers 2
Not quite as good as the first but still enjoyable.
35
Just Married 2003,  PG-13)
Just Married
An ok Rom-com, not the worst, far from the best. I thought the more recent What happens in Vegas was better. You might like Wedding crashers as well if you like this.
36
Kill Bill: Volume 1 2003,  R)
Kill Bill: Volume 1
A very comic book like action film as one lady seeks a hell of a lot of revenge. The fight against the Crazy 88 is excellent.
37
Lara Croft Tomb Raider - The Cradle of Life 2003,  PG-13)
Lara Croft Tomb Raider - The Cradle of Life
Better than the first one, done on a much bigger budget and it shows. Lara travels all around the globe in search of the treasure. The action is exciting with great stunts and locations. Also has some great SFX as well. Pure popcorn fun!
38
The Last Samurai 2003,  R)
The Last Samurai
A great film, not a lot of action but has some great fight scenes.
39
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen 2003,  PG-13)
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
A great action popcorn flick with some cool SFX.
40
Legally Blonde 2 - Red, White & Blonde 2003,  PG-13)
Legally Blonde 2 - Red, White & Blonde
An enjoyable sequel, more of the same but missing some of the charm of the first.
41
The Locals (Dead People) 2003,  Unrated)
The Locals (Dead People)
A VERY low budget horror starts ok but is more of a ghost story and not scary at all.
42
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King 2003,  PG-13)
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
More of the same in the third instalment.
43
Lost In Translation 2003,  R)
Lost In Translation
A film most seem to love or hate. I'm right down the middle. It is a good film, well made and the scenes in and around Tokyo are well shot. It's basically about friendship between unlikely people in an unlikely place. A bit slow for some, but if you like films about human character and different personalities you will like this.
44
Love Actually 2003,  R)
Love Actually
The best romantic comedy I have seen with an all star cast. Covers every aspect of love and has a feel good feel to it.
45
Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World 2003,  PG-13)
Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World
A gritty, realistic tale of life on the sea's in the British Navy in the 19th century. Very well made.
46
The Matrix Reloaded 2003,  R)
The Matrix Reloaded
The motorway scene at the end makes this worth watching. Probably the weakest of the 3 overall.
47
The Matrix Revolutions 2003,  R)
The Matrix Revolutions
The battle of the sentinals against Zion make this worth watching for that alone!
48
The Missing 2003,  R)
The Missing
A very good western that is just as good as any other that has come out over the last 10 years or so. Deserves a wider audience.
49
Monster 2003,  R)
Monster
A great acting performance from Charlize Theron is what stand out the most. Telling the true story and sad decline of a prostitute turned serial killer. I think that fact it's based on a true story makes it more interesting, however the story as such is quite straight forward.
50
Mystic River 2003,  R)
Mystic River
This is a great drama with some top acting from the impressive cast. It has a few good twists along the way. If you like Sleepers this is a bit like that.
51
Old School 2003,  R)
Old School
A bunch of buddies decide to live it up like their good old college days and have a wild time......with plenty of consequences!

Once Upon a Time in Mexico 2003,  R)
Once Upon a Time in Mexico
Quite a good fun action film with lots of shoot outs.
53
Open Range 2003,  R)
Open Range
Recent quality western that many may have missed. Check it out!
54
Open Water 2003,  R)
Open Water
Supposedly based on a true stroy, only a tiny bit can be from what happens. Even at 80mins this seems quite long and boring. Has a raw feel to it, filmed with hand held cams to be more realistic. By the end you'll be glad it's over. Not everyone's type of film.
55
Out of Time 2003,  PG-13)
Out of Time
A good thriller with a few twists and a tropical setting.
56
Paycheck 2003,  PG-13)
Paycheck
A good action film by John Woo. Has some cool effects and the way the story unravels as Ben Affleck uses his random objects to good use after having his memory erased is good fun. Will have to watch again sometime!
57
Phone Booth 2003,  R)
Phone Booth
Very good tense thriller!
58
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl 2003,  PG-13)
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
A great mix of humour, action and adventure. It has a strong cast and cool SFX too. The Indianna Jones film's for the next generation in a way. A brilliant blockbuster of a film!
59
Runaway Jury 2003,  PG-13)
Runaway Jury
A decent court room thriller with a good cast. Has some decent twists as well.
60
The Rundown (Welcome to the Jungle) 2003,  PG-13)
The Rundown (Welcome to the Jungle)
A very good, funny action film. Not that well known and worth checking out!
61
Scary Movie 3 2003,  PG-13)
Scary Movie 3
More of the same fun as the first two, with less gross out humour. Better than the 2nd. Spoofs Signs, The Ring, 8 Mile, Matrix amongst others.
62
School of Rock 2003,  PG-13)
School of Rock
A fairly funny comedy as Jack Black fills in as a substitute teacher at a posh school and teaches the kids how to rock. Has a few laughs but not overly funny.
63
Shanghai Knights 2003,  PG-13)
Shanghai Knights
I saw this over Christmas a few years ago. It's a good family adventure film with a lot of comic moments. Jackie Chan steals the show with his stunts as usual.
64
Shredder 2003,  R)
Shredder
A very cheesey low budget slasher.....but I still quite enjoyed it, good location for a slasher film.
65
S.W.A.T. 2003,  PG-13)
S.W.A.T.
A cool, fast paced action film with a few twists along the way. Good storyline, perfect for an action film!
66
Terminator 3 - Rise of the Machines 2003,  R)
Terminator 3 - Rise of the Machines
Not as bad as the critics made out. Still has tons of action and Arnie got in top shape for the role again......and Kristanna Loken looks pretty hot as the Terminatrix.
67
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003,  R)
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
As good as horror films get!
68
Timeline 2003,  PG-13)
Timeline
Not quite as good as I was expecting, feels pretty low budget to be honest. It has a good cast, nice idea but all to predictable to be honest.
69
Underworld 2003,  R)
Underworld
A cool stylish film in a similar style to Blade, Matrix.
70
Wrong Turn 2003,  R)
Wrong Turn
A very gory, violent horror at times. It has a cool change of theme for a horror film.
71
X2: X-Men United 2003,  PG-13)
X2: X-Men United
My favourite of the triology. The special effects and fights are great!
72
Zatôichi (The Blind Swordsman: Zatoichi) 2003,  R)
Zatôichi (The Blind Swordsman: Zatoichi)
Ok seems I missed something here?? This film has great reviews but I found it very slow and the fights are far to quick, barely fights at all. I don't know of the other Zatoichi films this was inspired by but this felt like a film made 30 years ago. Some of the scenes become very boring and repetitive along with minimal dialogue. The end fight is good but it's a long slow numb build up to it!
73
Monster Man 2003,  R)
Monster Man
A strangely enjoyable Horror comedy. 2 friends set off on a road trip to confess their feelings for a girl due to marry, too bad on the way they encounter a monster man in a monster truck! Very silly sounding film and it is in a way, yet it remains quite funny. The Monster truck is pretty cool and shows up to turn a low budget buddy comedy into a reasonable horror film.
74
Drunken Jackasses: The Quest 2004,  R)
Drunken Jackasses: The Quest
A sort of reality version of American Pie with a spring break down Mexico way vibe, as a group of boys try to get laid. While one tries to lose his virginity. Quite funny in an unintentional way. Otherwise boring, one to miss.
75
Johnny English 2003,  PG)
Johnny English
An entertaining if slightly silly film. It has its fair share of funny moments for all, one all the family can enjoy.
76
Honey 2003,  PG-13)
Honey
Not bad for a dance film fitting in around the hip-hop scene. It has a good cast, some good dance scenes but not with any real wow factor. Unfortunately it becomes all a bit predictable and it's not as dramatic as I think they hoped for. It's no Save the last dance, but still not bad for a dance flick.
